Good little project box

Needed a project box, went with this one because I'll need to open/close it pretty frequently, and didn't want to remove screws every time I needed to open/close it. Plastic handled being drilled, making cutouts, etc very well. No chips or cracking. Walls are thick enough to feel sturdy, but still work well with panel-mount components. Nice tight seal when latched. Reason I'm giving only 4 stars is because the latches and hinges. They are serviceable, but could be better.

This is a pretty solid box, the plastic is durable, doesn't break, and has enough give to not snap the latches off. It is a little cheap still, but what do you expect for the price. It fits two timers and a relay in it perfect for a chicken coop automated door kit.

It worked well for my needs. Be advised it is thinly constructed and may not tolerate any structural stress imposed by secure mounting .

I wanted to use this as a control box outside my RV, but ended up using a different idea. This box, however, appears to be well made and would have done the job for me if it was a bit bigger. I like it, and will keep it around for my next project.

Box is exactly as described and is water tight. Box latches good and is also lightweight but durable. The box is not at all brittle and you can easily drill holes if needed.

Will purchase this brand again and do recommend.

I used this box to house a 12v battery cut-out switch on the outside of my pop-up camper. It's waterproof (rained hard and no leaks), and the latches secure the lid nicely. Was perfect for my application.
