      This item will work in Mallory Unilite distributors and the cost is half that of the oem unilite module. A lot of people bad mouth the unilite module but the issue is that they did not wire it correctly. If you wire it correctly and use the ballast resistor that Mallory calls for, the module will last a long time. I have a mallory unilite distributor # 4748201 that I have been using in my camaro for 27 years. The original module lasted 5 years and the second module lasted 22 years. Follow the instructions to a "T" and your module will last a long time and give you years of trouble free performance.

      A direct replacement for the module that is currently in my vehicle. The new one worked about 30 seconds. This seems to be a common theme with these as well as the Mallory unilite hei systems. I'm still using my 30 year old one, what does that tell you?
