Warning - Waste of Money - Buyer beware!

This chair is terrible! The chair has only been in moderate use at my office for approximately 6 weeks now and there are multiple problems already with it. The seat is very uncomfortable (read: barely padded). The chair also makes a squealing, grinding sound every time a person sits down or stands up. Also, the roller casters on the base do not allow for fluid movement in any direction, even though chair is on top of any acrylic chair pad. The chair seemed OK initially, but conveniently started to fall apart just after the period of time when a return for credit could have still been authorized. My purchase seems to be a classic case of "you get what you pay for".
I have had various pneumatic task chairs at my office over the last thirty-plus years...this is easily the worst of the lot - indeed, the first to be totally unacceptable. Sadly, I bought a second identical chair just days after purchasing the first without giving the chair a few weeks trial. So now the $125+ I could have spent on a single, better quality chair is tied up in two non-usable, non-returnable chairs.
