I originally bought this for a white elephant party. Upon arrival, the box looked a bit used, so I opened and checked the product. It did still seem to have the original sharing wrap on it, but it was open and torn at one side. Upon looking further, the roulette will look scratched and dirty. Basically this item did not look brand new. It looked like it had been used and re-packaged. I returned it and decided to go with a different white elephant gift.
