These are great shelves. I had some problems putting them up so I contacted the customer service number. This was on a Saturday and into Sunday. They provided excellent customer service and made sure that the shelves were installed well. I'm also very happy with the shelves themselves. I needed to replace an original wire shelf that had fallen down. These are much sturdier and will definitely last. Very happy with the product.

So much better than the lame (cheap) wire shelves the home builders install
Since we have a 9 foot ceiling in our bedroom closet I installed these above our existing wire shelves. I opted for the "Garage" shelf as I wanted to store heavier bins that we don't access very often. These are SO much better than the run-of-the-mill wire shelves and SO easy to install. One particular advantage that these shelves have is that because they are adjustable, they will absolutely fit your space perfectly - no cutting or bending (like wire shelves), and no cheap little plastic connectors. They provide detailed step-by-step instructions, mounting templates, online install videos... everything but the tools. And David Jablow (the EZ Shelf "closet doctor") will personally answer your email if you have a question. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

We love it! Being able to extend it to the length we want is our favorite feature. My husband also likes the fact that it is very sturdy and the ease of installation. We will definitely purchase again if needed elsewhere!
