It’s been amazing to be able to enjoy wine, including sparkling wine, again. I have tried them with other alcohol & they reduce the symptoms with most of the drinks I have tried. I have found that they minimally affect the taste, but definitely not in a bad way. In my opinion, they brighten the flavors by reducing the ‘edge’ or tannin effects. I took one star off because this shipment came in with the box crushed/torn & all of the wands just tossed into the shipping envelope. Since each Wand is individually wrapped, I won’t be able to really tell if any are broken until I open them.

I get headaches/migraines on a regular basis. I also have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome where the histamines in my body are always elevated. I'm on my third package of these and I can finally drink wine without headaches. For me, it was never a "hang over" because I'd typically drink 1-3 glasses over about a 5 hour period. I always got a headache. Usually after the first glass.

I've tried over 25 of these, using a new one with each glass. THEY WORK. I don't get headaches after drinking. I actually ran out early this week but I'd gotten used to having a glass of wine after dinner. Big mistake. I had to stop halfway through the first glass because I felt a headache brewing. Next morning, I woke up with a migraine.

These are expensive when using 1 per glass. I'm not sure if they can be used with multiple glasses or not. I doubt it.

Love these! I have an allergy to sulfites developed late in life that caused me to give up wine unless there were no added sulfites! I have MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome). I love my red wine but had to cut it out as it was one of my major triggers. This product kinda worked the first time I tried it (swirling for 3 mins). I still had a reaction of hives and itching, but it wasn't as bad as when I didn't use it. When I tried "The Wand" again, this time swirling it for 5 mins., it worked perfectly. No attacks at all! OH HAPPY DAY!!

Red wine really started bothering my husband as his eyes would burn and his head would throb after drinking. As a lover of red wine, he did not want to give it up so he tried the organic and sulfite free wines. He hated them both. Then a friend told us about the Wand. He has been using them now for about 2 years and he takes one with him also when we go out to dinner or to someone's home. No more burning eyes or headaches. He swears by them. Also, the package says for one single use for each, but those I know, including my husband, that use the Wands use them 2x before disposing. And they still work.

These are GREAT! I was having red wine hangovers even with a just a glass or two. I stopped drinking red wine. I even got a food allergy test which came back negative for red wine allergy which means it’s the sulfates and allergens in the wine. I use the same wand twice like other users. I put in about 6 ounces of wine and let the wand soak for 3 minutes (yea I set the timer). I did read the entire booklet and here is the information: in about 3 minutes about 50% of the allergens/sulfates are one BUT if you wait 8 minutes almost 100% are gone. So depending on your sensitivity you may get away with one wand for 2 glasses at 3 minutes each or so. OR you may need one wand for the full 8 minutes. I have noticed some wines taste different AFTER the wand. Yes I tasted it. Some wines it is more pronounced than others. Just like most things in life: Do you want to drink the wine and suffer later? Or Do you want to drink the wine and feel A-OK? I know my choice. Which is why I have bought them multiple times :)

I own a small winery in Johnson City Texas. We had a few people ask about sulfite sticks for wine headache. We decided to order these and try them out. We also purchased drops. The drops were absolutely horrible in the way that they changed the nose and flavor of the wine. These wands did their job without changing the wine’s nose or flavor, even in our carbonated wines. I definitely recommend.

I was a tad sceptical about these working as well as the reviews because my intolerance has got so bad over the years that I could barely tolerate just one glass of wine anymore. The first time I tried one, I realised, as I was drinking my first glass, that I couldn’t feel any of the telltale symptoms starting (blocked nose, tinge of headache, etc). This made me drink far more than I would normally and I ended up having 3 very large glasses of rosé wine. I went to bed feeling fine but wondering how I’d feel the next morning. Well, I woke up on Saturday morning feeling totally fine, like I’d not even had a drink. I was amazed and very pleased. I actually felt envious of all those people who can drink wine without the negative effects! So, whilst these are very expensive, they’re well worth it. Just to note, I used the same wand in each of the three glasses but left it in for a good 5 minutes each time.
