I received these on 4/27/20 and so far, I’m satisfied with them! Each bottle arrived completely in tact. I was nervous that one might have broken because I got a strong whiff of peppermint when I opened the Amazon packaging. The more layers of packaging I opened, the stronger the smell got. When I finally got to the actual box the oils are in, the peppermint smell was so intense that I thought for sure it was broken. The glass bottle had no cracks or chips and the seal to the bottle was not broken but the peppermint oil is filled significantly less than the other 13 bottles in this set. There are some slight inconsistencies with the amount in each bottle, indicated by the light blue line. The bottle on the right side, as well as one other oil, were filled to almost the top; the rest of the bottles (excluding the depicted peppermint on the left) were filled to the same level as the bottle in the middle. I’m excited to use each and every essential oil in this set! I would say just a little more quality control is needed to ensure that everything is how it should be.

    I developed a nose/throat problem during the winter. My nose/throat became extremely dry and sensitive. I bought a small diffuser/humidifier from a store and two different oils. These did not work for me. I then bought a humidifier here on Amazon and found these oils which I included with my purchase. I used the "BREATH" essential oil the first night and found that my nose/throat was more moist than it had been. To cut a long story short, the "BREATH" and "PEPPERMINT" oils really help my breathing!! I will add, the small little diffuser I initially bought, was only good to create good smells. The large diffuser/humidifier and these essential oils really help me tremendously. I have not tried any of the other fragrances in the sample pack, however, I have ordered the LARGE "BREATH" and "PEPPERMINT" essential oils already. The smell of this product does not irritate my sense of smell like the initial essential oils I bought with the small diffuser/humidifier. I would say it is imperative to purchase good essential oils and not just cheap essential oils which might do you more harm than good. Would I recommend this product?.....Yes absolutely!! Oh, I almost forgot to mention, their presentation and packaging is what every American can be proud of!! The Scent is great, rich not cheap, the longevity - I keep it running all night long and it is great, giftable - Yes, very much so, I would be so happy to receive this gift!!

    I decided to try the Artizen Aromatherapy Top 14 kit to begin my first experimentation with blending my own sprays and oils. My order arrived with an incredibly SMALL leak on one of the bottles. So small, I did not even think twice about it - no significant loss of product occurred and as I live in a high altitude delivery area, I know that anything shipped to me in any form of bottle or jar has the possibility of springing a leak. I quickly went through each bottle to give a test sniff to and was so pleased and excited to begin mixing. Within 2 days of delivery, I had an email from Artizen CS checking in to see how my order had arrived and if it had met my expectations. I responded to advise that one bottle had leaked a small amount. The next day, I had received notification that not only was my original purchase refunded but, I had a full new set on it's way to me. I received that package 2 days later. I was floored. I did not expect to be refunded let alone have another set sent my way. The correspondence I had with the CSR was excellent and truly shows that Artizen stands behind their product and provides customer service beyond the norm. The oils are perfect in every way. The bottles deliver drops as I would expect and the scents are wonderful. I would highly recommend for those reasons alone but, even more so, for the excellent service.

    I got these for use in a diffuser. I feel I don't need a lot of drops to get good saturated scent with tgis brand. My diffuser is a 300ml and I use 3 oils at about 3 or 4 drops each and it's perfect for my space (which is larger than a standard bedroom) the box they are packaged in is thin cardboard and doesn't offer the best protection against damage. That said I would invest in a wooden box if you use essential oils often. I like the protection fr9 m vreakimg and ease of handlimg the oil bottles. The bottles themselves are great and the plastic stopper allows for good control over the amount of oil you pour out. Remember if using essential oils on your body to use a carrier oil. I use coconut oil. The best way to apply is to back of neck or bottoms of feet. I have a injured arm and tge pepermint oil drops into some coconut oil rubbed on to the area eased the discomfort. Remember to wash your hands, don't rub your eyes with oil... That SUCKS. I think you get a nice simple starter set of oils in rhe Artizen aromatherapy top 14. My favorite combo is rosemary, lemon and orange at the moment. Try these yourself, or they would make a nice gift. Quick shippimg and packaged for transit very nicely. Another bonus, I could have them sent to the Amazon locker of my choice.

    I am pleased to receive this many oils at once for the low price of $20. I do notice the consistency was not indicative of the different pure forms though. Different oils have different viscosities and these are all the same consistency, yet claim 100%. There is another claim on the description here reading, "DON'T FALL VICTIM TO CHEAP DILUTED ROBBERS OIL - Most of the Competition Dilute Their Oil with a Cheap Carrier Oil or Even Other Potentially Dangerous Chemicals. Our Robbers Oil is Routinely Tested for Purity And Other Unique Qualities in Order to Ensure You Are Buying The Purest Oil Available." The statement, "and other unique qualities" covers that they aren't 100%. This is simple marketing tactic to pull the buyer in. It also explains why the lesser price than normal of $19.99 for ALL of this. There is a market value for quality; this is quantity and there are loaded claims in this statement to convince the reader. Mind you, I am using my blends and completely happy with my products as they are doing what I hoped in my diffuser. My point is, this isn't as special as the claims for sale are making it out to be. Most oils are blended with glycerin and these seem to be blended with another dilute such as water based as the biggest thing I have to be cautious of is when I aim for 2-3 drops, it gushes out. This is from the combination of the consistency and lid. I recommend this
