- Reviewed in the United States on January 26, 2021Style: View 51Size: ARGBColor: BlackVerified PurchaseAfter looking through multiple cases for my new PC I finally decided to go for this Thermaltake View 51 TG Model... It is giant so if you are looking for a mid-tower or something small look elsewhere lol... This has 4mm thick tempered glass on top, in front, & on the left side... All items within it can be rearranged or removed such as I took out the HDD stand and the vertical gpu stand by that was my decision. The PSU gets installed in the rear compartment so u don't see it at all and the wiring can all be organized thru the multiple holes provided with thick rubber grommets. It has provisions to mount fans on top, bottom, & on the side (which either exhausts or intakes air from the right side metal door that has holes built in with filter screens) It has a filter on the bottom as well. It comes with x1 Rear 120mm Thermaltake Pure 12 ARGB fan & x2 Front 200mm Thermaltake Pure 20 ARGB Fans. These 3 fans are pre-wired into a hub device attached to the right side of the case (behind the motherboard area) as u can see in one of my pics I uploaded... Unfortunately this means that you cannot control the RPM speeds of those 3 fans like you can with others you install due to this... The rear i have as exhaust & front as intakes and while they operate at a dedicated speed which isn't Max but isn't slow per say? They both work fine for me due to the extra fans I installed (x3 pack 140mm as exhaust on top, x3 pack 120mm as Intake on bottom, & x3 pack 120mm as exhaust on side thru the Radiator for water cooling) This is why I purchased all other fans and water cooling my cpu with Thermaltake Pure ARGB fans that are the exact same type as the 3 fans pre-installed... IF you wish to have your own setup with full speed control you'd need to replace the provided fans and install what you want (including if you want to upgrade to other Thermaltake brand fans like Riing etc...) I was fine with going this route... I can control all the other fans speed which are more critical and all fans connected Sync together with ARGB using the Gigabyte Motherboard 5v ARGB Ports & Gigabytes software Fusion RGB 2.0...
Just a FYI in case you wanted more info about fans and rgb...
The case itself is massive and sturdy and all metal... very easy to build in with tons of choices such as you can easily switch the rear slots in the case from horizontal to vertical if you want... I had no issues with this case what so ever and it is on the more expensive side but I think its worth it for the build I did?
The only issue I would say is watch out when unscrewing the screws anywhere as they seem to have been installed via machine and may be difficult to remove without pressure from you... some might seem cross-threaded coming out and lining back up however all screws went back in for me no problem... the screw holes are just a little rough at times so remember to push in when backing out a screw with your screwdriver so u don't accidentally strip the end of the screw... As an Auto Tech this wasn't an issue for me but could be for those not use to stingy screws so be aware!
It fit all my items as u can see from the pics including the Thermaltake ARGB 360 Water Cooling Assembly I installed on the CPU & on the side of the case that exhausts case air thru the radiator and out the back (right side of case actually) & it all operates perfectly... My case and cpu have yet to idle above 40°C nor reach any temps. Above 70°C "so far" with basic gaming? I have an AMD Ryzen 9 3900XT Processor Installed...
Fantastic Airflow & overall terrific Case to build in!

Fantastic Airflow & overall terrific Case to build in!
Images in this review - Reviewed in the United States on November 28, 2020Style: View 51Size: ARGBColor: WhiteVerified PurchaseCase looks cool, easy to work with, fans looks cool.
There are many details they did good. However there are lots of small details that i don’t know what to say.
1. The case has dust filters, but as the builds in the pictures, they all use the dust filtered ports as exhausts. The intakes have no dust filter, and the intakes are small! The poor weak 200 fans have to work their ***es off to suck the air in. Doesn’t make any sense to me.
2. The case is huge, but it use very little space for hard drives, I had a hard time mounting them.(I have 3 fans on the bottom as intakes, because there is a dust filter.)
3. The screw holes are weird, that most of them are hard to screw in. I often felt like I used the wrong screws, because I had to use some force so they could go in, other screws will not even fit.
4. Although most people don’t pay attention to the rear, but it is ugly!
5. Again the case is huge, even bigger than some e-atx cases, but wait, this case does not support e-atx!? It has 8 pcie mounting positions, but There’s no mounting holes for e-atx. Even if you put an e-atx mb in, you can no longer use the vertical gpu mount, as it is in the way.
6. This case is for water cooling, thus I assume it also should take care of noises. However, the hard drive mount only used hard plastic, which makes my 3.5 hard drive sound much louder. My last case is a Phanteks p400. For a price of $80, it has rubber on hard disk mounts, which made the hard drive much quieter.
7. I mounted 3 120 fans on the bottom because it has a dust filter, but the vents are so small that the poor little coolermaster sickle flow 120mm fans don’t produce much airflow. I just purchased 3 high pressure fans to replace the current ones, hoping to give the pc more air.
8. I mounted 3 140mm fans on the top for exhaust, but there are more room for the air to go back down than to go out, due to the narrow vents. If you mount the provided 2 200mm fans on the top, they are literally touching the glasses, making the big ARGB fans only for good look, because they are literally trying to blow through a wall.
9. The case has a cap on the bottom for draining water(if you build a custom water loop), but to use the vent you have to move your pc so out that they would fall to the ground. Why is there such a useful feature but you can never use?
10. You can have access to the hard drives from the back of the case without opening the panels. Supposedly you can easily swap your hard drives, since the mount slide outwards, but no, you have to open the right panel so you can unplug the SATA power and SATA cable. Again, Why does this case have such design but you can’t really use it?
11. The power button has led around it, but it can only be white.
12. The fans came with the case are at full speed the all the time, unless you unplug them. If you unplugged one of the fans, you may disrupt the ARGB signals to the other fans, as the fans have a pin for ARGB-in and another pin for ARGB-out. Maybe they want the leds on the fans to be in series.
This case is far from perfect, but given a price tag of $200, it is indeed a good product.

5.0 out of 5 stars It's huge
Style: View 51Size: ARGBColor: BlackVerified PurchaseThe size does matter as we all know with the new GPUs and water cooling systems seemingly trying to go back to the days where computers needed to be as large as a room.
Plenty of space, easy cable management, great case that fits the largest GPUs out there very easily with water cooling systems to boot and leaves plenty of room for more if they make it even bigger in the future.
- Josh BReviewed in Canada on December 28, 2023
5.0 out of 5 stars Solid and reliable
Style: View 71Size: RGBColor: BlackVerified PurchaseI've used this case for my PC for 5 years now. It's fantastic in terms of reliability and still looks great. The hinged glass side panels provide easy access to both the front and back of the motherboard for cleaning and maintenance. There is still a huge amount of room for expansion inside the case after 5 years of adding to the original build, never had to worry about GPU's being too long or bulky, liquid cooling components fit with room to spare.
This being said, I would hesitate to buy a case of this size and weight again. It's cumbersome to say the least. I've neglected cleaning it due it being a massive chore to get outside for air dusting. I wouldn't take it to a LAN or even an friend's house for fear of breaking the glass in transit. Finally, with the under desk position I have it in, the power button is exposed and facing me and I've accidentally shut it down while working several times. In a smaller room it can be difficult to find a spot where the case is both accessible and out of the way enough for the glass sides not to be bumped.
Overall a solid reliable case that will last, but worth thinking seriously about before purchasing due to the drawbacks of size and weight.

Sus acabados se sienten perfectos, los cristales de suficiente grosor, espacio para gestión de cables más que sobrado, sin duda es una excelente compra, tuve un Dynamic O11 y la verdad éste Thermaltake me gusta mucho más.
