Pain Relived within 5 minutes
First off amazing shipping service Amazon! But secondly as soon as I opened my box I started using the spiked ball on the palm of my hand. Listen Instant relief! ( ever since I started doing hair 2 years ago my hands started hurting a lot “carpal tunnel “). Then I used the ball and the roller on the bottom of my foot ugh I am in love! Lol but no seriously ever since I injured my ankle 2 years ago my feet have been really tender in the morning. So using this I get instant relief. I’m going to use it at least 3 times a day.

Recently I’ve developed crippling plantar fasciitis in my left foot. I’m not sure why - maybe because I spent a couple of decades stubbornly wearing heels, and haven’t been able to lose the last baby weight, and I’m in my 40s.
For a couple of months, stretches did the trick for sporadic plantar fasciitis, but then out of the blue, I was down. Down for days with astonishing pain.
When I say crippling, I mean using a broom as a makeshift cane, unable to do any weight bearing, very very bad pain.
I read a review of this product that said it had done the trick. I was skeptical but desperate, and the price was right, so I ordered.
I sat on the sofa and rolled the kind of bone shaped thingy under my foot, back and forth for about 30 seconds, and poof. Pain was gone. Gone.
I had used ice packs and massage and rolling bottles, to no avail.
This silly dog toy looking thing works.
I carry it with me now, and will sneakily use it in the car when I need. I had to use it a couple of times during an especially long Costco trip this weekend (cement floors!) but it works. It makes the pain go away. It makes it so I can walk, and be present to chase a toddler again.
I’m not a frequent reviewer and I was in no way compensated for this review, but this thing works. If you’re in pain, give it a try.

I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis 60 years ago. Through the years it has been a battle to just walk with any comfort. I have tried all kinds of remedies. I have every insole, copper this and special socks, shoes, and with the exception of a foot message machine that also circulated a heated water whirlpool (No longer available from The Sharper Image) which does give me relief at the end of a hard day. Well, I saw these message spiky message balls and roller. I don't know how something so simple helps like (almost) nothing else. My only thought is that it tenderizes the heel and stimulates circulation. Something the is finally helping.

I used a tennis ball and was wanting more/deeper pressure to relieve foot and arch pain. The tennis ball was ok but decided to try this combo.
Did not like the pokey bumps on these. My feet are ticklish and even after a while, these are not comfortable to use.
A Chiropractor recommended a lacrosse ball. I bought one of those and it is just what I needed. It doesnt squirt out from your foot like the tennis ball does. Being harder, it really does nice work of massaging your feet.
If your like that poking sensation, these may work for you. Otherwise, the lacrosse ball seems like a winner.

Bought this for the roller. Feels great standing or even sitting to massage bottom of foot. Not interested in the spikes balls. They feel hard, nothing I’d want to hold in my hand. Would prefer a cheaper price for roller only. Well designed, sturdy and well made.

I have been suffering really bad with plantar fasciitis, to the point when I lay or sit for too long I can only walk on my heels and I limp at first when walking. I've been doing some massage exercises as well as using a golf ball to do some stretching exercises. The golfball works but is hard to keep in place.

This just got delivered today and I took it out right away. I did 5 minutes on each foot. It was easy to use and keep in rhythm. After sitting for 10 minutes I would have started limping as soon as I got up. After doing the exercises with this and getting up I was able to walk off with any discomfort. This is so easy to do and covers all the areas to help relieve plantar fasciitis. I can see being able to use it while I sit at my desk and do computer work or just while watching tv.

I bought these to help with heel pain, just a few minutes a day helps dramatically. It was a good Suprise was hoping to get some relief, but it took almost all of the pain away. Would definitely recommend these. The balls were just ok but the roller is what worked for me.

These roller balls have been a life saver! I have undiagnosed plantar fasciitis (I have all the classic symptoms and my dr gave me a prescription for a podiatrist) I run my foot over the spiky balls and the other roller in the morning while having my coffee and then again in the evening and it is doing the job! I can go for hours walking around and the pain from the fasciitis is very, very low on the pain scale. I recommend this product but you have to use it daily. The instruction booklet also shows how you can use these rollers for arms, back, and other body parts.

Great if you have a foot pain flair up. Particularly plantar fasciitis. Make sure you use it on a floor with nothing on it (hair) because that’s never coming off. You know what I mean, ladies with long hair.
