Boy I really want to love this product. This probably wasn’t designed with the intention of supporting most electric skateboards. It’s a smart lightweight and compact design that would be suitable for classic skateboards. I use an electric skateboard however (Inboard M1) and the shape and sheer weight of the board just pries the stand apart at the seams. At first glance, the plastic seems flimsy. But the joints are reinforced properly when it’s assembled and should hold up well assuming you are displaying a regular skateboard and not crushing it with a 15 lbs eboard deck

I came back to purchase another. However, now for $12, I'm just going to buy another 'parking block' board holder for an extra $5 -which is significantly more substantial than the Skatertrainer (which we're using in a place with no foot traffic because it's not sturdy).

Otherwise, it's just fine for boards that don't get a lot of use, in places it won't get knocked down.

Where do i start here? Obviously 3D printed, but they went out of their way to make the whole thing thin as possible to save money, for example, it's soo thin, that if your bored fell over while in it, there's a good chance it will break the plastic in all kinds of places, god forbid you have a eskate you were trying to set somewhere.
Assembly is a joke, they measured it wrong and you have to like bend layers and force some tabs into a place they obviously don't fit. It's awful.
$12 is $11.25 too much. This product is the worst. Do yourself a favor and just buy a guitar stand!

Another solution was 2x the price, bulkier, and uglier.

This folds out, and you can unfold it flat. It does the job it needs to do, looks nice and light, and is cheap. This product wins. Was $9 when I bought it, apparently price has increased a bit.

The only thing I would add to ANY of the solutions, whether it be this product or the others, is a little tab for your foot to stabilize the product while lifting the board off/on. But for the price I paid, I'd glad I returned the other 2.
