Great - awesome size but could be improved
I love this thing. I wish I would have known about it sooner. I love that it folds down really small but can expand out quite large. I can fit this folded up very easily in the trunk of our cars even with all the gear. I tried other versions that were larger from both RocknRoller and from On-Stage. But they were massive compared to this. I had a hard time fitting those in my car with all the gear. I attached a photo of all the gear I packed on here with the 2 tripod bags mod that I describe below. This all fits in a Tesla Model 3 or a Toyota Echo. We put the long case in the back seat of both cars. This gear was for an out of town shoot that I had to take a flight with 2 other crew members.I thought it could use some improvements by default but I was able to make some mods to improve it. It comes stock with 2 different sized handles. A long and a short handle. For my purposes, I want two long handles. Then I can put two handle bags on the cart as they only make a handle bag that fits the longer handle. I just ordered a replacement handle kit and changed out the short handle for another long handle. Now 2 bags fit perfectly fine. The only issue is that when you fold it down all the way to it's smallest, it's not meant to have two long handles. It's not a big deal but you have to be aware of how you close it and that it doesn't shrink to it's intended shortest length. But it's not a big deal to me.

Admittedly, I almost pulled the trigger on a competing product (Pyle) because of the lower price. But after reading a few of the negative reviews about the durability of the product, my confidence in the Pyle declined. And most of the negative reviews all suggested to pay a little more for the Rock-n-Roller. So I did, and I am quite pleased so far. I've only had it for a week, so time will tell if it does hold up to steady use.

I've gotten used to the awkward way the handles fold/unfold. Stick with it and it's not a huge deal.
What IS a bigger deal is the wheels. They basically STOP working/turning in snow. Not a good design imho.
...1st impressions and will amend after I use it for a while...
I bought the R2G because I liked the thicker wheels. Also got the "short shelf" option.
Solid unit that looks like it will take a beating.
I didn't have any major issues with build quality like some other reviews mentioned. However I did have to remove one of the plastic pipe caps. It was rubbing against one of the rear wheels so it had to go. Doesn't affect function.
It's small and the handles are short as others have said... but that's not a deal breaker for me.
Again as others have said... the way the handles release and fold in is REDICULOUS. I'm going to make sure I have a work glove with me when I use the cart, as I can see my hand getting chewed up from folding & unfolding the handles!
That's it for now. Will update down the road after I use it for a while.
