    On any run greater than five miles I load up on these. I sweat a lot so I can't drink enough water before or during a run. Plus, it isn't the water your body needs, it is the electrolytes. I add four caps of this to a bottle of water and I am good to go.

    On Saturday I did my first half marathon and had no issues with cramping. Previous to using this product, anything over 5 miles I really felt my muscles start to give in. It was because they lacked electrolytes. Not SUGAR. This is great stuff.

    I just got these two days ago, I got them to replace NUUN and other drinks to eliminate all sugar from my diet.
