    I bought this to use with my Switch when traveling. I have not had the opportunity to use it for that purpose yet. However, I needed a temporary power supply for my fiber optic tree since the cord to the tree was to short to run to the wall outlet. So far I've had the tree plugged in for 12 hours and only used about 10% of the battery life. I liked this so well that I decided to run the tree off the power bank permanently rather than plug it into the wall. I placed the tree in a decorative basket and hid the power bank inside. To sum up, this power bank can be used for multiple devices. I'm very pleased with it.

    Fantastic Power bank! It can recharge your Switch from empty to full twice and is multifunctional; charging your phone, controllers, etc. Definitely a recommendation for people who really utilize the portable nature of the Switch. I have never had any bricking issues either for those that are concerned. It is a licensed product by Nintendo from Anker, so if something were to go wrong with a Nintendo licensed product I would hold the company accountable for a replacement. A very useful accessory, even if there is a point where you won't have or don't use your Switch anymore.

    Received the battery pack in a nice box. I might be overpaying for the Nintendo logo, but with the recent issues with Nintendo switches bricking due to incorrect power delivery, better to be safe than sorry. I especially like the soft carrying pouch. If you’ve purchased Anker products in the past you know they all come with convenient carrying pouches. Comes with a USB type c to USB type c cable that allows you to charge the Nintendo Switch or any other electronics that take a USB type c input. The battery even has a standard USB type A so you can charge phones or accessories using “normal” USB cables. Please note there is no wall adaptor included for you to charge the battery. Therefore, I recommend when charging the battery make sure you use a power delivery wall charger. I had a USB type A to type c cable that I used on a usb hub and it charged the battery slowly using that method. You can use the Nintendo switch wall charger and it charges the battery quickly as described. In my case, I purchased an Anker USB type c power delivery wall adaptor that is slim (cost about 10 dollars on sale), to make it easy to travel with (the Nintendo one is too big). Now I can fast charge the battery anywhere without lugging the Nintendo Switch wall adaptor around. This battery even fast charges my iPhone, with the purchase of a USB type c to lightning cable. If you do not want to shell out the extra money for that cable, you can always charge USB accessories with the standard type A port. The battery delivers a charge to the Nintendo Switch while you play, unlike other battery packs that leave you watching the percent drop (although slower of course). Overall, a good product if you want a Nintendo authorized battery pack with a good warranty from Anker.

    Unfortunately, the C to C cable this comes with is NOT, and I repeat NOT a quick charge capable cable. That's the only real neg it has, but considering that the main reason you spend more for it than the nearly-identical non-branded unit is that unlike it's cousin, you can use this to fast charge your Switch on the go, it's a bit of a disappointment.

    It's otherwise a very good purchase, as you're not going to find much else besides the wall power brick that you can rapidly charge your Swanch with.

    I live my anker charger it is very helpful when your switch is about to turn off do to low battery. You can also use it while playing just make sure to charge your anker in order to have it fully charge for another go for all the awesome Nintendo switch titles you poses. Additionally it has other connections in order to use it with your iPhone or other devices, you would just need to buy the special cable to fit on your iPhone etc. Arrived in time.

    It works well but only if you recharge with the plug that comes with the Switch. Then it only takes 4 hours. Otherwise, even using a 60 Watt Anker Power Delivery (PD) adapter, it will still take forever- in my case I gave up after 3 hours. However the Switch itself can be charged fast with any USB C PD adapter of 30 Watts or greater. If you read the listing very closely, you will see buried in one of the tiny images, that this battery has been designed to fast charge with the charger shipped with the Switch. And it says otherwise with non power delivery it will take over 20 hours. It should say PD only works with the OEM charger and save us all the hassle. I bought mine back in 2019 for 60 bucks ( 3 of them actually)- no way would I ever now pay 160!!! Aside from that it does a decent job of keeping the Switch from losing any power while playing and even increasing the battery % with less intensive games. But any other 30 watt or higher battt will work just as well for any Switch model- for a third of the price. Reading a lot of the reviews, I believe that folks have been trying not to use non Switch OEM adapters, and that’s where many problems occur. I hope this helps!

    I would recommend this product to anyone who is nervous about buying an external battery for the switch. In history non certified products have bricked switches. Batteries are all relatively cheap in comparison to this one but the money was worth my peace of mind.

    Really good unit. Never had a problem with Anker. I use it for my Switch and S8 Phone. can charge both at the same time. small enough for travelling. used it for my backpacking trip. USB C to C is really great, even for my phone. I'm sure it won't damage my nintendo switch since it's approved by nintendo. Only cons is that it's not very durable. Dropped it on the concrete once and it now has a couple noticeable wear since it's mat black.
