Nano Device, Massive Possibilities
The Nano S can store up to 3 different coins simultaneously. But that doesn’t mean you can manage only 3 coins total.
It means the Nano S only has room for 3 coin applications to be loaded at the same time - including the tokens associated with those coins.
You can manage as many supported coins as you want with one Nano S - all 5500+ if you like.

Special Cable for Your Phone
You will need a special cable to hook your Ledger Nano S to your phone. My Ledger Nano S came with a cable to hook up to my computer, but not my phone. If you do not have a computer with Windows 8.1 or higher you are going to need an adapter or a new cable. I'm going to Best Buy later this morning when they open and hope I will not have to come home and purchase something online and wait a few days to find out what else I'm going to need.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Writing the 24 security words/phrase is a little cumbersome. However, considering the risk, depending on the value of the crypto you own, it's a small price to pay for the added security. The only negative I can think of is it's limited to the number of cryptocurrencies you can access. I was able to load the top 5 cryptocurrencies - which I own. If you have more than that I suggest the Nano X. If you like the color black the price of $42.49 is a pretty good deal. As Henry Ford said, "you can have any car color you like as long as it's black" .

Para quien todavía no está muy familiarizado con el mundo de las criptomonedas, hay que recordar que este “cold wallet” no es el recipiente físico de las monedas, pero sí de la clave privada que está asociada a la cuenta en donde las tenemos guardadas, lo que hace que nadie pueda acceder a ella sin este aparato físico: es un óptimo instrumento de protección contra eventuales ataques de hackers.
Es verdad que la memoria del Ledger Nano S es bastante limitada, pero yo lo había tomado ya en cuenta a la hora de comprarlo, porque solamente opero con Cardano en AdaLite. Quien quiera operar con más criptomonedas y bajar en el wallet varias aplicaciones deberá más bien elegir un Ledger Nano X.
Las instrucciones que vienen en la web de Ledger son muy claras y el proceso de inicialización e instalación del wallet es bastante sencillo. Ya he empezado a usarlo con éxito.
El diseño del producto me gusta mucho.
Estoy muy satisfecho.
