Variety is a spice of life when it comes to Fitness this gives you a better training experience than a kickbag and don't get me wrong kickbags are great but once in a while you want to switch it up and this is a really good option. I did some research and I was getting ready to buy the Body Action System however I did not like the fact that you had to use sandbags to keep the equipment down. I looked into the box Master but they wanted $3,000 for this and you had to Anchor it to the floor so it would have to be stationary. Then finally I came across the fightmaster and in many ways it resembles the boxmaster just more reasonable for your budget. After using this piece of equipment I'm impressed it's very durable extremely strong well-made there is one con however; and it is a small con, this is extremely difficult to put together almost like arranging a puzzle. Don't get me wrong I'm extremely handy with tools but there is little spacing for these bolts from one to the other that could cost you a potential problem. None the less I absolutely love this thing and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for something that would rival the boxmaster for home use. UPDATE! I really dont like the large stand....so I made an alteration, it is now attached to my rack system. I feel this was a miss on Core Fitnesses part cuz we all know stands take up too much space so their really should be a universal mount.

Man was this a hard product to find in the US!! I only could find one vendor and it didn't come with assembly instructions so it took me nearly 2 weeks to figure it out. I would recommend having two people assemble the base because it just gets difficult to hold the long base and plate that goes underneath. You should also have a compact drill, otherwise your hands are going to get really tired.

    Anyway onto the product itself,

I love how the base has wheels on it so you can move it really easily and can adjust the height. The best part is that all the pads have a great spring to them which feels very close to someone naturally holding the pads as you strike them. The middle pad is good for knee strikes, uppercuts, rib strikes, and elbows to a point. The only thing that this is missing is the low kick-pad that the commercial version (boxmaster) has. It is a little pricey at nearly $600, but well below the $3,000 price-tag of its commercial counterpart.

It may be a little confusing to use if you aren't at least partially familiar with boxing, so I'd recommend using youtube tutorials. A good start would be HasFit's 30 minute cardio kickboxing if you are just looking for fitness rather than serious boxing training, regardless this is a great product That I don't think you'll regret. I definitely love it.

I purchased The FightMaster about 2 months ago and absolutely love it! I previously owned the BAS unit and the FightMaster blows that piece out of the water. I am not a boxer but love doing boxing for the cardio workout.

The FightMaster was relatively easy to assemble and is built like a tank. It has held up very well. I use it almost daily and there are not signs of wear or tear.

I love the angles of the pads. They allow me to throw any style of punch that I want. The center multi-pad sets The FightMaster apart from any other heavy bag or punching bag that I have ever used. I love doing upper cuts on it and love the resistance that it provides.

I saw that they just came out with an app for my phone. It has a bunch of good workout and how to videos on it. Hopefully they will keep updating it with new content.

Overall I absolutely love The FightMaster and would recommend this piece to anyone.

Box arrived torn open and re-taped. After opening the box, items inside looked re-packaged. Bolts were loose in the box. E.G. instead of a new item was provided, it looks like I received a used, returned item that was repackaged. Luckily all the bolts washers and nuts were in the box after counting all loose items. I've been using it for little over 5 weeks. The center piece shown in the photo broke. I'm 235 lbs out of shape middle aged man. I did a six punch combo and the plastic piece that holds the bar in place and keeps it from slipping out, broke. It is shown in the picture, with the plastic piece in my hand. The middle pad is now twisted and off center shown in the photo. I'm upset for having paid over $500 thinking I'm getting a quality sturdy product that was designed to be punched and it broke under six weeks proving it was not worth the price I paid for it. I sure do hope the owners of this business sees my review and resolves this problem even after the 30 days. All I want is my stand to be in good working order.

This product is solid and well built that gets you heart rate up fast is fun and very addictive that offers great stress relief. I have always enjoyed hitting an heavy bag but this is so much easier on your hands and wrists and you can really wail away at it . I had a product somewhat like this before for around the same money that was nowhere near as solid and well built. I really love it and can’t wait to go workout on it again.

At first I loved this machine although I had to put about 50lbs on each of the pegs to keep it in place. After about 2 months it was coming apart from the clamps. The caps on the ends are plastic and just broke off. I ended up trying to fix it with adding tape around the ends. We will see

Wasn't actually sure what to expect with this, so I am very pleasantly surprised. Great for a home boxing workout, holds up well, you can hit it hard, doesn't move around. I weighed it down with sand bags instead of plates, works fine. Be warned, this thing is pretty big though. Wish the site had more workout content with it, but can do most heavy bag workouts with it with a little adaptation. Glad I got it.
