    I have a pair of fashion sneakers that came with really thin insoles. I tried a different brand to soften my step but they didn't help much. It still felt like I was walking in uncomfortable dress shoes. I tried these X-Muscle insoles and felt the difference right away. They are super soft to walk on. I wear size M US 11.5 and they were the perfect size without having to cut them. If you wear anything bigger than US M 11.5, they may be too small. They come marked on the bottom for different sizes so you can cut off the excess if they're too big.

    They come packaged in a pressurized canister like tennis balls do, so they are nice and fresh and springy out of the box. I can't comment on how long they stay cushiony because I have only had them for a few days, but as for now they feel great and I'm super glad that I got them.

    I've worn orthotics most of my adult life. My navicular bone shifts without them, and I get in trouble. The joint of my second metatarsal is more distal than the first. This causes me to crush that nerve under the joint head with standing and walking, so hello numbness and tingling, and aching at night. After wearing my last pair of flexible custom orthotics for about ten years (way too long, I now realize) I decided to see if my foot pain would reduce with over the counter supports. (I can't wear my rigid ones to work because I'm on my feet all day and it hurts my heels.) I bought this brand because I didn't see any other flexible insoles with the metatarsal support. I like them very very much, and will be buying another pair for my cowgirl boots ASAP. For the first time in longer than I remember, my feet don't hurt when I crawl into bed at night. . Consider yourselves my friends for life.

    Great for shock absorption and comfort if you are looking for a fairly level insole. Did help with some knee pain and Achilles Tendinitis. I wanted to give a 4 or even 5 star review but there is one negative that brought them down to 3 stars. This is my 2nd pair purchased and if you are active/sweat a lot these will start to get a terrible smell that you just can’t get rid of. I have used foot powder, sprays, washing them, and even soaked in OXY clean but the smell keeps coming back. Have not had that issue with other insoles and have seen it in other reviews so beware if you get stinky feet or are very active.

    I've had problems with flat feet since I was a child but it hasn't affected me for years so I had kind of forgotten about it! Recently, I took up running and after my 5th run I started to experience extreme pain in my knees. Looking on-line and talking to friends made me realise that this was down to my running shoes not having any arch supports to help combat the flat feet. After a week of resting these insoles have arrived and been put straight into my running trainers. They're really comfy and the perfect size with a great high arch support. I'm going for a run tonight so will see how they fare when out on the trails! Regardless I've been wearing them all day and have already ordered myself another pair to go in my every day trainers! =)

    Let me tell you something about these insoles. they are the best insoles I've ever bought! I used to have foot pain every day from warehouse work. the bottom of my foot and the top of my feet were so painful a few hours and painful through the rest of my 10 hour shift but now since I bought these insoles I can now say I no longer have any foot pain. These are incredible l! I reccomend any one that has had foot pain as severe as I have to buy these and stock up on them. Believe me I never leave any reviews on anything I buy through Amazon. U won't regret it!

    I replaced the liners in my running shoes with these for extra protection. I was weirded out by the material in these insoles until I used them. It feels like you're walking on rubber flooring material frequently used on a playground or at a splash-style playground. The latter has fountains shooting out of the ground. I do believe it has helped because when I get home at night after a 10-hour shift, the bottoms of my feet don't feel swollen.

    The peeling wouldn't be a terrible issue if I could roll it back down (I even tried unraveling it and taping it in place) but the rolled up top layer made it incredibly painful to walk any distance on, let alone run.
    If it weren't for the peeling I would hands down give these a 5 star review, but they are virtually unwearable at this point and really deserve a 1 star for endurance which is why I landed on 3 stars.

    If it weren't for the peeling I would hands down give these a 5 star review, but they are virtually unwearable at this point and really deserve a 1 star for endurance which is why I landed on 3 stars.

    I have bought this due to the product review and expected for my knees. But it seems not really helpful for the last 3 weeks. I just hope the longer I use this, it gets better.

    They do as expected but honestly they feel no different to me than Dr Scholls work fit insoles except more expensive. I use them in my work boots and I do a LOT of walking/working on concrete and grass and hills too as I am a landscaper. The only redeeming quality may that the top layer is better constructed but time will tell. The Dr Scholls top layer peels off sometimes rather quickly.
