    This is the second order (returned the first) and the packaging of the product (not the shipping box) was open.. again. I don’t have time to do another return because it is a gift for my son and this is what he wanted. How ridiculous that I have to tape a brand new toy!?

      These people just come up with anything to make me spend more money on Monster Jam products. But the kid loves this stuff and during this quarantine, this is all we got. Action figure is pretty solid and has a cool cape, in my opinion he is better than the Max D dude. Next they will come up with an Action figure that has a green cape instead of purple and my son will constantly talk about it till I buy one.

      The item itself is wonderful. I would have given 5 stars but the item packaging the figure was coming away from the card. Not cool. I had to tape back together we with invisible tape.

      I am not sure what is going on at fulfillment center but someone needs to do final inspection before shipping items out. This is the second time in two days I received an item where something was missed. The other day I received a doll who was giggling and bouncing because the switch on the back was turned on.

      Which concerned me if she was actually a new purchase and not a return that someone had used. Also the batteries running out and possible leakage which in turn would ruin the doll.
