About the authors
Michael Anderle (ok, weird talking about myself in the 3rd person) (1967-Hopefully a long time from NOW) was born in Houston, Tx. A very curious child, he got into trouble - a lot. What to do with an inquisitive mind when he was grounded? Read!
Ok, done with all of that 3rd person stuff.
In the first 20 years, I mostly read Science Fiction and Fantasy. In the last 10 years I have enjoyed Urban Fantasy and Military Fiction. With this background, I've been blessed with creating The Kurtherian Gambit series, a well-selling, and fan loved, collection of stories.
The fans have propelled these stories beyond my wildest imagination and they should get all of the credit for sharing with friends, family and occasionally the random person on the street. They are fantastic!

- Reviewed in the United States on October 30, 2019The entire thing is a blood bath...authors are dropping like flies, nay more like maggots in a butcher’s garbage can. Some are flung into a quest, a journey through a dungeon with no plan or clues to assist them. Others are desperately fleeing their imminent destruction .... and meeting death in various ways...yet within a common theme. And as someone once wrote. “Them that die, will be the lucky ones”. A good read if taken in the proper aspect. Or a magical place.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 25, 2019It's a light but of fun reading. I won't list the authors involved, except for 3 spoilers hints: Martha doesn't last long enough; one of my favorite writers, Lindsay Buroker, has a satisfyingly long magical role; and Michael Anderle is gonna find BA sinking her Louboutins into his back while he has to do pushups. On each exhale, he's gonna have to come up with better curses to utter when dying.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 25, 2019If you don't want to spit your food out from laughing i suggest you don't read this whole eating or drinking anything. This is a hilarious tutorial on how to kill your author friends off in a fantasy book. Sounds weird? Trust me it's a load of laughs and you need to read this!

- Reviewed in the United States on October 25, 2019It was a series of deaths, many deaths. The fact that those dying had handed out death to many was a bonus.
