'you're the best momma'- any statement like that from a fickle 5yr old is a win. bought for a long trip with limited tech (internet/tablets) perfect size, lightweight and he loves to pose his lego's to replicate the show/pictures in the book. We've added 'Ninja' to our sight words :)

Perfect Book for New Readers

I bought a bunch of these books for my nephew's sixth birthday. He loves them! He loves it more when I read them with him because we watched the show together so I can pronounce the names correctly.

The stories are more or less based on the series and are super fun to read! He's learning his sight words and gets so excited when he picks them out!

My 10 year old daughter Loves anything Ninjago, so I gave it a 4 Star, but she let me know that the episode that the book is about is "Child's Play," but the cover says, "The Green Ninja." She let me know that she's not "complaining," because she's "obsessed" and Loves it anyway, but she just thought others should know in case they're collectors or looking for something specific.

My son loves this book and it was a great price. My yellow lab got into my amazon package and shredded it before I had the chance to even bring it into the house. I had a sad little boy. I sent an email and a new book was sent out with no questions asked!!!! Great customer service!

It's written almost exactly like the TV show

This reader is a bit long for my son. I bought it as a bedtime story to hopefully put him and his sister to sleep. Even though my son knows the story from watching the show, he still gets distracted while reading it. He's four, so maybe he'll grow into it. It's written almost exactly like the TV show.

My son loves Lloyd so I bought this for his birthday. A couple difficult words based off of ninjago, it for the most part a great early/mid reader.

Really like this lego book/comic - I ordered it for my nephew as part of his Christmas gift and it got here just in time! It was in excellent condition and just as described!

Pictures are not great

My boys are very much into ninjago right now. So I ordered this book to read to them. They love it , however I find the pictures in it are not the best quality and a few of them are some what blurry. I can't expect much more for the price but I was not impressed .

My son watches the show, bought these books to help him learn how to read. Books are a little to advanced for a Kindergartener but does have a lot of sight words that they can read along with in the book.
