Collection of just OK photos of pugs (there are better photos in any internet image search) that I bought for my 10-year old son as a Christmas gift. The real surprise for me though was the naked woman holding a pug on the beach (you see her naked bare butt back view, which is not only weird, but would have been fantastic to know in advance - didn't think I needed to screen a book on pug photos!

My daughter loves pugs, and I bought the author's second pug photography book first, Pugnation: The Bark Is Back!, so I felt safe in buying this one (the pictures and puns are both great).
It is important that parents know there is rear-view picture of a naked woman holding a pug, and her entire body is visible. I didn't want my young son seeing that, so I ripped out the page and threw it away. If I had given it more thought, I would have just returned the book. It isn't nearly as good as the second one that I just mentioned. If you love pugs, get Pugnation instead.

My own beloved pug is long gone, but I loved looking at the photos in the book. I also enjoyed the clever captions that accompanied each photo. Will look at the book again and again.
