I really like it - the look

I really like it - the look, the feel, the fact that it's made of natural materials. I suspect it was designed by a climber, as the assembly of "ropes" is quite difficult (you have to disassemble it for laundry, so I recommend to get a "warming blanket" to protect the cradle fabric). Unfortunately, my daughter, while she loved to sleep in it as a newborn, is now fussy. She only naps short stretches in the hammock (she loooves napping on her tummy, can't do that there), and can't stand to be left in it awake for a second (without a lot of attention). This of course, may not apply to each baby, hence it's not included in my review rating.

It is exactly as advertised. I had problems with the delivery and was excited to receive my package. the wood is of excellent quality and finish is perfect. I bought for my grandson/granddaughter who will be born soon. I'm sure he/she will love taking naps in it. Super satisfied

my feline kids like it well enough

Believe it or not, but I bought this for my cats to sleep in. It is well made, but I found the assembly quite challenging. I can't speak to it's appropriateness for human babies, but with a soft feather pillow, my feline kids like it well enough. It can be tightened up easily and snuggly enough that it barely moves when the cats climb in and out of it. Overall, I think it well made, at least enough so my cats are safe in it.
