I would not have believed it.

I would not have believed it ..I have a 1965 Ford 289 block who's heads have likely been off for longer than the 15yrs I have had it ..and stored in an unheated construction trailer all this time.

I have used WD40 (stinky crap) ..CRC Engine Stor (foaming oil) and PB Blaster (decent stuff) for about the last year. Even with a large bar, I could not turn the crankshaft.

About a week after Sea Foam - no movement. I did a second spray after this try. Another week or so, I put the wrench to it and it clicked? I thought I broke the bolt. Eh-eh ..it moved?!

I would have never tried this stuff with a name that sounds like 'saltwater' but a friend who builds drag cars told me about it after I was asking him if I could bang on the pistons with a 5lb hammer to 'shock' them into moving. I have a '60s Meyers Manx that is next for some work. I am sure I will find a use for this 'saltwater' spray. Jim

Throw out every other "penetrating oil" or lubricant in the garge!

If yall have never used this you need to get some! I started using Deep Creep about 5 or 6 years ago and threw out everything else (WD40, Liquid Wrench, PB Blaster, etc.)! If you have some really nasty rust to break through, spray it the night before and let it soak in. Go out the next morning and break it loose. Got the bolts off a bush hog that had been sitting on the fence line for the past 20 years by doing it that way and didn't have to use an impact gun to do it! And unlike the other products mentioned you can use this to clean firearms as well. Very high flash point and eats the carbon right off without tearing up the bluing on the weapon! Seafoam is awesome! I need a lifetime supply of this stuff!

GREAT product, but beware before using on guns.

Saw some test results of over a dozen "penetrating oil" products. This came out number one, so I gave it a try. GREAT product! This really gets into rusted areas like nothing else I've tried, including brake fluid. (Which, incidentally, came in at number three in the comparison study!) BUT BEWARE THOSE OF YOU USING ON GUNS - just keep in mind what this does so well - it PENETRATES into cracks and crevices - like primer pockets. As a veteran police firearms instructor, be warned! Just a little in the firing pin hole that is in contact with the primer of a chambered round will INERT THE PRIMER.

I Am A Sea Foaming Fool!

I don't know if you have ever used a Sea Foam product before, but if you haven't, you will become a Sea Foaming fool after using this stuff. I rebuilt the front end of my '99 Suburban. I never even came close to breaking off any of the bolts because I hit them with the this Sea Foam magic goo and could not have been more pleased with the results. Folks, these bolts haven't been touched since the factory pawed them last. Unbelievable stuff. Get some. Get some now. Just scroll back to the top and hit "Place in Cart". You won't regret it!

This is by far the best lubricant I have ever used

This is by far the best lubricant I have ever used. I am an ASE Master Auto Technician and a College Automotive Instructor and I have used just about every type of lubricant out there. Sea Foam DC-14 works the best and it works great on garage doors and locks etc. Great product and it does not drip all over like other lubricants.

Great product! Worked very well!

So I can honestly say that this stuff eats the pants off of PB blaster or any type of carb cleaner. Anything related to it as a matter of fact! I have a 07 Mustang GT with the Triton 3 valve 4.6L. These motors are notorious from have the nightmarish two piece spark plugs snapping in to two pieces when you try to remove them from the head. It really lubed the threads and broke down the carbon into a dark mush. To top it off I threw in some Champion Double Platinum spark plugs (7989). Overall I feel really accomplished and am super glad I went with the deep creep.

The best I've ever used

I've never used a Seafoam product before, but now I'll be on the lookout for more! After trying another brand starting with liquid, and having no success getting a brake bleeder out of a rear caliper on my Harley, I tried this based on reviews. I sprayed a little on, let it sit for a day, and the bleeder backed out almost like it was never stuck. Very impressive! Great stuff!

No issues. May have been the difference.

I am pleased with this product. I bought it to loosen a bolt on my dishwasher impeller. I am not sure if this product helped or not. I sprayed it on and was still unable to loosen the bolt. I waited a few days and then heated the bolt tip up being very careful as I was concerned any residue would be flammable. With a solid grip with pliers and a bolt screwdriver I got the bolt off after literally years of trying to loose it. I do not know if the lubricant and or the heat to expand the bolt allowed my success but it did not hurt my efforts. Also, the spray mechanism and extension straw work fine. Therefore I give this product 5 stars as I cannot find any negative results to justify not giving it a favorable review.

Solved my sticky steering U joint problem, no smell, clear, easy to use.

This stuff is brilliant. I have a Hyundia Elantra with a "sticky" steering column U joint that no lubricant has had much luck with. Well guess what. This did the job. My steering is finally "stick" free after 2 years of owning the car.

This is now my "go to" lubricant for tough jobs.

No smell, clear, no mess, easy to work with.

Switched from PB Blaster products, this stuff works way better.
by Elaine Sharp (5 out of 5 stars)

This won best overall penetrating lubricant through ProjectFarm's testing on YouTube. It also had one of the best anti-rust films left over that let it perform very well in the salt spray test. The cans come nearly full of Deep Creep, which is a huge plus. My ONLY complaints, if any, are that the spray button nozzle gets stuck sometimes and I end up using a lot more of this valuable product than I wanted to, and that the can becomes slightly slippery when using!

I bought some to try out instead of PB Blaster and I can't stop spraying things that look rusty now. Only wish I had this about two weeks earlier when I was working on my vehicle's rusted exhaust bolts and the stuck differential fill plug. Think I rounded that half inch out with a torch and some PB lube, unfortunately.
