FYI joint and tissue changed my life. For years I was miserable with inflammation of the stomach and intestines. Some dayscworst than others. It woul start with an attack that seemed to be appendicitis. And it wiuld evolve into inflammation of my digestive system. My skin would numb and I would get hot and anxious. Acid would build up until the point I would throw up. I would go to doctor after doctor who would tell me they couldn't find anything. Some said it was all in my head. The day I was lucky enough to find FYI, i woke up having a bout feeling miserable. I would drink water and throw up acid. I rushed myself to the doctor who decided to give me a prescription for depression. I had tried everything so even though I didn't feel depressed, i was going to give it a try. As i was standing in line to get mt prescription, I came to a realization, I was not depressed. I decided to head to a local "vitamin" store I'd been to on occasion. Kathy the lady who runs the store saw me and commented she had never seen me looking so "bad" before. I told her what I was going through and that I felt inflamed all over. Thats when she pulled out this product. (Not the ultra). She told me they were all natural and to take six immediatly and they would't hurt me. She brought me a glass of water and I stood back and took them while she tended to other customers. The next five minutes were the best I had had in the prior fifteen years. I felt myself deflaming. The acidic taste I got in my mouth each time, neautralized. I had not felt that good in a looooooong time. I went through 3 bottles in a month until I felt my body stabalize itself. I followed up with Kathy later and got a blood test done where I discovered food allergies were causing the reactions. In particular black and white pepper being the worst. And by the way in the many years I had gone to see doctors and had all sorts of tests done with no conclusions, I had also gone to see one of the "best" food allergists in my city who when I gave him my symtoms, he seem baffled and decided he was going to refer me elsewhere. Since finding FYI (not Ultra, that one doesnt work for my type if inflammation), i do not go anywhere without my bottle if FYI. I make sure I never run out. If I react to a food, I take pills and I deflame almost immediately. I've introduced friends and family to it. Today I am ordering for my mother who is diabetic. Recently when I went to visit her one of her feet was inflammed and couldn't get up to walk. She had been in pain for 3 days. I gave her 3 FYI and an aleve and left to the kichen. Literally 5 minutes later I see hercoming down the hallway on her walker smiling. FYI did it again. This is a miracle product. I cannot thanks Garden of Life for this product. But THAK YOU! You changed my life. Dont ever change this formula please.

Healing for the gut

I have just re-ordered this product because once again, I have a serious intestinal flareup from taking antibiotics and steroids because of advanced bronchitis. 15 years ago after an appendectomy which went awry and I had to be loaded up with anabiotic's, this product helped save my life. So I am back on the wagon with ordering FYI, and it really does make a huge difference. It not only helps inflammation in the joints as others have said, but it calms the inflammation in the intestines as well. A lifesaver!

This is the only supplement I have tried that has actually started to ease the pain and stiffness in my hips.

Garden of Life has come up with yet another outstanding product. I can't say whether it would help others as much, but I think it is worth a try.
