8 pack stainless steel turkey lacer that is perfect for keeping bacon tightly wound on bacon-wrapped fillets, keeping roasts intact while baking, or lacing stuffed turkeys. Includes strong multi-fiber turkey lacing string to keep stuffing and poultry in place for neat, thorough and even cooking. Resists breaking, melting, bending, warping, or burning with regular use. Turkey Lacers Quick Tip: Insert pins from one side of the opening to the other after stuffing poultry. Then lace with string as shown in illustration (on package back). After roasting, withdraw pins. Lacing will thus be released and a neat poultry is ready to be served
