On May 25, 2007 in Los Angeles, CA the U.S. Postal Service issued a sheet of 15 stamps on a movie poster-like souvenir sheet to commemorate the blockbuster film, Star Wars. Individual stamps feature: Darth Vader, Yoda, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Han Solo and Chewbacca, Anakin Skywalker fighting Obi-Wan Kenobi, Queen Padme Amidala, Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia Organa with R2-D2, Emperor Palpatine, Darth Maul, Imperial Stormtroopers, Boba Fett, The Millennium Falcon, An X-wing fighter, C-3PO.

First off, let me start by saying the stamps were packed with absolute care, 100%, so props to the seller/packer. They're 41¢ and I believe from 2007, the 30th year of Star Wars. This year is year 40- time flies! If you would want to use em for postage there's nothing wrong w/ that, just make sure to buy a few sheets then. I think it's 15 or 16 stamps I'm not sure. Every one different & beautiful artwork as is most SW stuff. And there's some trivia on back if each particular character/stamp. It always frustrates me that we don't have x-Ray vision haha, so that when someone is admiring my framed stamps they won't necessarily think to look or ask if there's anything on the back, but that's totally fine. I 100% recommend for any stamp &/or sw collector!

Received them timely in the mail. Sender used a small cardboard to support the stamps, but it was a bit too small so it left a crease. I used my largest textbook and left it on the sheet of stamps overnight and that got rid of the crease. The stamps look very nice, it is almost ten years old. It has all the major characters on it, especially the Leia one.

Remember these aren't "Forever" stamps, they're at a fixed price. This means you'll need to add stamps to the letter to cover postage costs. It is, however, just a couple cents over the cost of sending a postcard here in the US.

Stamps had damage at the corners of the sheet. I expected a sheet in much better condition. Seriously disappointing, which is reflected in the overall rating. Condition counts.
