absolutely love these little jellyfish. the colors are awesome and they are just enough glow to softly light up the pool. because I couldn't choose what color I could get I received 3 green and 1 purple. only problem with these beauties is that after just one night the water got in the battery compartment and rusted out. 3 out of 4 didn't last till the next night. the compartment was sealed correctly, I double checked after my partner assembled them.

Bought brand new at large retail store. Looked cool, but never even got to see it lit up at night. Put in pool day one and by second day evening it didn't work. Not even 48 hours and water had leaked into it. Not just past seal that you open for installing batteries but also leaked past permanent seal and I couldn't even get water out of that part of it. I had installed batteries and closed it up EXACTLY as directions stated and I am "little smarter than the average bear". I can understand maybe first seal leaking a little but the permanent seals on something to be used in a pool should be very very very good. We never threw, played with or put it under water. It was simply to be for looks and nice glow in evening.
LOVED this light but the jellyfish seals went bad and it is rusted and ruined after one season.

LOVED this light but the jellyfish seals went bad and it is rusted and ruined after one season. We are the kind of people who save boxes and instructions for our things; therefore, it isn't like we "abused" the light or put it through "harsh extremes". Another person I know purchased two of them and had the exact same thing happen. :(
It is fine for one season but we will NOT be consumers who just generate trash; therefore, we will not purchase another and would advise you all against it as well.
Not durable

As stated in the other reviews, the light itself isn't overly bright (but didn't really expect it to be), and works ok overall. However, it only lasted a couple days. My son dunked it a couple times underwater, water got into the casing, and it hasn't worked since. (I did attempt to take it apart and dry it out to no avail).
Love it!

My friend has a backyard pool and every time I go over there...they are so pretty just floating on top of the water! They highly recommend me buying these as they work well and haven't had any issues!!
Way over priced
