I'm from out West, and this was a hoot and a half for our 4th of July party. I bought 3 and used white electrical tape to differentiate the mayo from Ketchup and Mustard. The cartridges are easy to load and keep well in the refrigerator. Use a little soap on a tooth brush or a wine bottle brush to clean them out.

It's really cheap plastic and you can only keep a lid on one of the containers at a time. I always feel like it's just going to break in my hand.
