This Weighted vest comes with a full set of weights that can be adjusted from 3 to 140lbs to increase the resistance adeptness. For the purpose of weight loss, the removable weights are located high on the torso to protect the stomach from pounding as you run and also is delicate to the whole body while exercising. The vest is made of heavy-duty 1200D reinforced nylon, featuring double padded shoulders for added comfort, and mesh vented inside for breath ability. The padding is designed to be contoured to your shoulder for maximum comfort. The Weighted Vests are completely adjustable for even more comfort. There are two adjustable straps that can be adjusted underneath so you can easily adjust the body length of the vest by sliding the straps up and down through the D-rings. To adjust the weight level, remove or transfer the weights from the packets which secure the weights with the durable Velcro weight closures. The new weighted vests are designed for all purpose training.

Bit expensive but had what I needed

Exceptionally expensive but the form factor and metal weights made it worthwhile. I am 5'10 with a balanced build so this fits well and has two straps to keep it from moving around too much.

I prefer using this on the elliptical and running up hills - not too much of a fan yet for straight running. It is not too hard on the shoulders and causes less pain as I've gotten use to wearing it.

I highly recommend this if you're into calisthenics or just want to burn some more calories in your busy day. While I believe this would be a better deal under $200 I'm giving it 5 stars. It carries 100 pounds comfortably and (at least for now) has been very durable.

Worth every penny! So happy I bought this! It gives me a true workout! I add weight to match my heaviest point in life and workout at that point. Burn a ton of calories and lost 12 pounds in one week doing this. Great for long 10 mile walks or jogs! Very adjustable for any size guy. Cut a pool noodle on half and configure it for extra padding on your shoulders.

Wore it every single day. Went from protruding beer belly to six pack since I bought it. Can run faster, run longer, jump higher, breathe deeper, and dance with my girlfriend with the lights on. Single best purchase of my life thus far.

Note, the shoulder pain in the beginning is not a fault of the fabric, it's weak shoulders.

Also, the only downside is that the damn thing bounces when running so you have to get an additional strap to hold it in place, I just used a belt.

I shopped around a bit for the weight vests, and came upon this product. The vest is very well made, pockets are sturdy and each holds a 3 lb. weight. The shipment came in three different boxes due to the weight. The freight was a little steep, but considering the weight, reasonable. The vest arrived in less then a week. It is very easy to use, we have used it for weight dips, weighted pull ups, and weighted body weight squats. The vest I recieved and ordered was 100 lb model, but it can be expanded (it has pockets) to add another 40 lbs. Overall, very happy with the vest, compared to other products, the pricing was, good, and the construction is very good.

Heavy enough to give me a challenge and can increase the weight because of the extra weights. Currently, my shoulders can only tolerate it for 90 minutes if i don't do shoulder exercises and can be a bit of a pain to take off when your shoulders are exhausted. Overall, great product, but i hope it will last for years of jogging and lifting with it. If it breaks or gets wrecked before i had it for a year, currently had it for a month and a half, i would give it 2-3 stars.

Truly one size fits all

First of all, great product.

The home page could use some work, but that shouldn't deter you from ordering from Amazon.

I'm 130lb and by friend is 250lb and it fits both of us.

The vest comes in two parts:

The back which then straps to the front.

TWO people are needed to strap on with the full weight lest you don't mind laying down to navigate the vest.

It is HEAVY! The weights are removable and come in 3lb increments. The vest weighs about 2 lbs.

Thus far I've been jogging and generic cardio with only 4 bars (12lbs) and showing friends I can wear it with 100lbs.

Sturdy. Straps could use a little work. Owned for seven weeks, use one per week.

I've done 1.6 miles wearing all 100lbs. Toughest workout I've ever done. It isn't the most comfortable thing, but if you want to ramp up your workout, this will do that and then some.

Fits well; weight pockets stiched well. Weights are made of iron and not sand. Perfect for cardio or isometric workouts where the extra weight is needed to increase burn. Shipment came in 3 separate packages due to the extreme weight.

This is a solid product that appears to be assembled with the highest standards of quality in mind. I have had no complaints about this product, and use it as an at-home alternative to a squat rack.
