Product Description

The all-league sliders is the first-ever electric slider grill for home use. This product grills up to six delicious slider burgers at a time in just 1-3 minutes. The non-stick surface enables the user to cook a variety of meats including sirloin, ground soy, turkey, and chicken or crab cakes. Included with each model are a removable grease tray and a forming tool spatula. The forming tool spatula is designed to both assist in creating slider-sized patties for grilling and to easily remove fully cooked patties from the grill plate. Health-conscious consumers will be especially pleased to note that as their meat cooks, fat and grease drips away and drains to the removable tray. At merely 3.8 lbs, and under 10 inches in length and width, the portability and size of the all-league slider make it ideal for taking to the office or as a gift for students heading off to college.

Features

  • Electric countertop appliance with non-stock interior coating
  • Die-cast aluminum grill plates make up to 6 perfectly-shaped sliders in minutes
  • 1 Pound of meat will make up to 24 sliders
  • Includes slider forming tool spatula
  • Great for traditional ground beef sliders - but also for ground chicken, pork and so much more!

Overall I was not satisfied with the product

This slider machine was not what I expected. It seemed to work well the 1st 2 or 3 times but then it seemed as if the non stick wore off and the sliders stuck to the grill and they fell apart. Overall I was not satisfied with the product.

Super easy, super trendy, and GREAT as a gift!

I love sliders -at a bar or the addictive White Castle! I bought this sight unseen as gifts, and got one for myself too! My experience was great -- and it was a real hit as "just because" gifts. At the moment Amazon's price is LOWER than what it is selling for in department stores in my area, as well.

This unit cooks up the mini-burgers in minutes ( like maybe 3!!) and you can be as creative as you like-- I have mixed hamburger with onion soup mix, top with red onion and Fontina cheese, made mini-turkey burgers, and even sausage! Just get some mini-potato rolls and you are all set!

The mini-gourmet burgers seem to be everywhere, this unit makes them ultra easy to prepare at home. This is a great gift for seniors or teens- and most everyone in between. Sometimes kitchen gadgets are infrequently used -- but this is NOT one of those! The ease of use is the key here, once you try it-- you will see how easy it is to prepare a fast fresh meal or snack. 10,000 times better than microwave sliders ( and far less expensive, too)

I think the compact size is remarkable, and it takes up little space, which is a huge plus.

I am surprized this has not been super promoted as an infomercial or television shopping product. ( Maybe they are test marketing it? Maybe I missed it?) In some ways it reminds me of my 1st George Foreman grill -- this unit exceeds expectations, and is perfect!

Give it a try! YUM!

Works Great, Tastes Great. The End.

My husband had been begging for the Slider Station that you always see advertised on television. I looked into getting it before Christmas and found that the reviews said that it was horrible! So I forgot about it. Then when I was walking around in a large department store, I noticed this product on an endcap marked down to $15. So I decided we'd try it. We opened it up shortly after Christmas and made our first sliders with it.

We all loved that it was extremely easy to get the right size for the sliders by using the measuring tool, and we loved that we could cook six at one time. We also loved how quick they were to cook (it took us about 4 minutes per six, because my husband likes well-done burgers. We made 12 sliders for our two young children and ourselves. Add a side of fries and coleslaw and we had a great meal! We used some buns from the store but I loved how the package instructions said that you could cut hot dog buns into thirds - what a great idea!! And one standard piece of cheese fit four sliders!

I also loved that the drip tray was affixed to the bottom. This way we could just slide it in and out as we needed to.

My husband initially thought they were too small. Then he loaded his up and took a bite and decided that maybe they weren't too small after all. He had some for leftovers at lunch and has decided that they taste even better the next day (as many foods do).

We'll definitely be using this slider grill again!

Tasty burgers, difficult to clean.
by J. Holliday (3 out of 5 stars)

This machine does it's job and cooks little burgers in a matter of minutes. I very much love little burgers; you could almost say it's a passion of mine. The closest White Castle is a couple hours away though, so I was rather excited to receive this as a Christmas gift.

DIFFICULT TO CLEAN. The surface is non-stick, and even using the vegetable oil (or in my case, PAM spray) on the plates beforehand like the directions say, alot of black gunk builds up. You're supposed to wait for the machine to cool before cleaning; which makes the stuff hard and stuck on even more than it already is. Since the plates are not removable, and with all the grooves to clean between, you are left scrubbing and scraping for awhile with a damp cloth, which severely limits the convenience of this item, and you're likely not gonna want to take it out except for occasions to show friends and family the little burgers.

Also, the forming scoop/spatuala could use re-working. The scoop tool doesen't really work so well for measuring the meat as I ended up with burgers much too big that I ended up having to cook for a few extra minutes. You're better off forming the balls of meat by hand and trying to make them about the same size as they are in the picture on the box. And with the tool being two-in-one (scoop on one side, spatula on other) you're going to end up handeling the side that the raw meat touched when using the spatula function (if you're dearthly afraid of raw meat, this could be a severe detriment for you).

In the end though, it's hard to hate a machine that makes little burgers. If you love little burgers (like myself), you'll find something to like with this machine. With a few adjustments, this could be more of a useful item and less of a novelty one.

Just Not Worth The Hassle
by Kim Bryan (1 out of 5 stars)

Even with a $1 price tag, this grill would be overpriced.

I received one as a Christmas gift and have used it once. That was enough for me!

First and foremost, the burgers are just too small. Think of them as more like burger crumbs.

But then you get to the clean up part...aargh! What a headache! With the tiny little holes and all the other little crevices, and it winds up taking hours to clean.

If I'm using a grill, I want quick and easy with minimal clean up.

The slider grill isn't it.

SLIDERS OR BUST
by CLINT (1 out of 5 stars)

I HAVE THE ALL LEAGUE SLIDER COOKER & THE BIG CITY SLIDER STATION. I WAS GOING TO GIVE ONE OF THEM AWAY. SO I DID A SIDE BY SIDE COMPARISON. FIRST I DIDN'T LIKE EITHER SPOON. YOU WOULD BE OFF BETTER WITH 1/8 CUP OR I USED AN ICE CREAM SCOOP. I PREHEATED THE ALL LEAGUE FOR 3 MINUTES AND I SPRAYED IT WITH OLIVE OIL AND COOKED THEM 5 MINUTES. THEY CAME OUT COOKED PERFECT. NOT DRY BUT CAME OUT THE SIZE OF AN SUSAN B. ANTHONY DOLLAR. THEY ENDED UP FAT IN MIDDLE. TO MAKE MORE YOU HAVE TO CLEAN IT FIRST. THAT WAS THE KILLER. TOO MUCH WORK AND A HASSLE. THE BURGER IS TOO SMALL FOR A DINNER ROLL. NOW ONTO THE BIG CITY SLIDER STATION. I'VE USED IT ON ELECTRIC STOVE BEFORE BUT THIS TIME I'M USING MY GAS STOVE. I SPRAYED IT OLIVE OIL AND MADE BURGERS LIKE I DID IN THE FIRST TEST. I PUT THE MEAT IN AND PRESS DOWN ON THE TOP AND TURNED THE HEAT ON MEDIUM FOR 5 MINUTES AND CHECKED THE BURGERS. THEY WERE JUICY AND FULLY COOKED. THE SIZE FILLED THE BUN A LOT BETTER AND WERE FLATTER. I MADE TWO BATCHES IN THIS ONE. ALL I DID WAS WIPED IT CLEAN QUICK AND STARTED COOKING RIGHT AWAY. THE ALL LEAGUE IS OUT OF IT'S LEAGUE. THE BIG CITY WINS HANDS DOWN. I KNOW PEOPLE WILL DISAGREE WITH ME BUT IF YOU CAN DO A COMPARISON TEST YOU'LL CHANGE YOUR MIND. MY ALL LEAGUE WILL BE GOING INTO THE RECYCLE BIN COME MONDAY. I WOULD BE EMBARRASSED TO GIVE THIS TO SOMEBODY. THE ONLY THING I'M KEEPING IS THE SPATULA. IF YOU LOOK AT A WHITE CASTLE BURGER IT HAS 5 HOLES IN IT TO KEEP FROM SHRINKING.

Amazing family time
by Jenny (5 out of 5 stars)

Picture this, four kids between the ages of 7-13 and they were all able to help with dinner. What a great time. They were able to use the forming tool to measure out the meat and they then formed it into small meatballs. We used hot dog buns and cut them into thirds. Each child had a part in making this and they all loved watching my actually cook them. This unit is meant for small burgers. That is why it is called a slider. I LOVE IT!! I noticed that if I sprayed it with a non stick spray before I actually cook on it, there was no sticking. Within no time we had a plate full of burgers and we all had a great time sitting around the table and talking about how much fun it was.

This really works used it two times kids loved it. The only thing is the lid is very hard to close. I bought it for the teen age kids to use but because of the lid I will be the only one to use it. We had a plate of little hamburgers on dinner rolls and no time at all.
