What I didn't concider when buying this is that the bottle needs to be nearly completely full or the camera is way too heavy and falls over. Even with my small, compact camera.

Cool product

This is a really cool product. The only drawback (and it is a small one) is that the bottle needs enough weight to hold your camera. I use a 2 liter to accommodate my D-80. Whoever invented this was really on-target. It travels well, fits anywhere, and just needs a bottle.

The bottle cap tripod is too flexible between the the camera and the bottle. .The unit gives you some stability

but not much. Better you find something to stabilize the camera on.

Its a great device if you have a small light camera. I have a couple holga and pin hole cameras and this did the trick nicely.
