Plastic part cracked after 2 weeks.

I am using this as a Frolov device for breath retraining. It requires washing after use. I wash it gently and let it air dry. One of the end pieces on the corrugated tube is already cracked.

Using along with the Buteyko breathing method has helped my health. I have multiple chemical sensitivity - my latest theory is that the cause is mouth breathing. Symptoms are improving slightly. I will know more in time.

This is a great product to change your breathing but I wouldn't recommend it as a weight loss device. I guess if you change your breathing overall it will help you burn more calories eventually but so far I do not see any change. The only thing I noticed was that it did seem to help with hot yoga- I could breath easier and in longer intervals after some practice with this device. Not sure how I feel about the overall product though I feel a bit silly for buying it.
