it wont be comfortable there and its also a bit heavy

First of all, unless you carry a big bag all the time, I would not consider this an EDC item. Although it will fit in most pockets, it wont be comfortable there and its also a bit heavy. In my opinion it is a great collection of tools for the glove box for taking care of unexpected repairs. It has a knife which is great for many tasks. Scissors which are also suited to many tasks and these are larger than the standard Swiss army knife scissors and easier to use. It has a saw blade which is good for cutting through hose material or plastic bumper material that is dragging on the ground or in the wheel well after a fender bender. It has both a Philips and flat tip screw driver, an adjustable wrench, flash light and allen wrenches all of which are handy in day to day uses and road side emergencies. This is perfect to keep in a glove box or next to your spare tire kit.

The only reason this does not get a full 5 stars in my opinion is that the allen wrenches are metric. This is fine for me because I drive an import, but it would be nice to have the option to buy the same tool with SAE sized wrenches in case you drive American, however I guess even Amercian cars these days are using metric hardware so maybe its not that big a deal unless you are using this for something other than roadside use.

It also has a Ferro Rod for sparking up tinder, Not really useful to me in the manner I use this tool, but some might appreciate that it's there so its worth mentioning. it strikes fairly well with the serrated side of the knife.

Somewhere between a Gerber and a toolbox
by Railfarmer (3 out of 5 stars)

This has some interesting tools on it but I don't think I'd buy it now that I've used it (I received it as a gift from my wife).

It's a bit heavy and bulky. It fits in a pants pocket but takes up the whole pocket. It could easily go in a tool box, but if you have the tool box anyway, why use this tool.

The collection of tools is kind of strange too. It has a #1 phillips but not a #2. Well if it's for "outdoors" I am wondering what exactly I might be working on outside that has small phillips screws. Same thing goes for the little flat blade screwdriver. The saw appears handy, but there's also the serrated knife ... why both? What are the Allen wrenches for? I'm just trying to figure out who this appeals to and what they might be using this tool on. The crescent wrench is a handy thing to have though.

I will continue to have my Gerber on my belt and go get the tool box when I need that. This tool is likely to get stuffed in a drawer somewhere and may never see the light of day.

It does seem to be well made though, so if you do have a use for this kind of tool, it should serve you well.

Oh my gosh! These are the best tools. I have an antiques business and we keep one of these in our trailer, our SUV, every car we own. It's great to have something small and resourceful if you are on the road a lot. Something will ALWAYS happen. I have even bought them for all of my children. Great product that does not feel (or work) cheaply.

This is a toolbox multi-tool; it's huge & no way could be an EDC item. It does seem well thought out for what it offers & seems like it would be good to have in the car console or glovebox or in a boat box. Just don't expect to put it in a pocket or wear it in a belt holster.

... complaint is the knife and scissors are a little dull BUT THEY STILL CUT

all of the tools and bits of the multi tool work but my only complaint is the knife and scissors are a little dull BUT THEY STILL CUT. A little bulky and odly shaped but no big deal. hence the 4 stars otherwise would have been 5.

Well packaged. I am a multi tool guy. This knife is heavy and handy. Great for light duty work only. Fully recommend and have purchased most of the resolve multi tools.

Pretty good - fairly bulky

Good selection of tool extensions but this multitool is quite bulky.

It's not made from the best material.

Definitely not a bad product - especially for the price.

Nice. Useful but hard to use.

Useful but cheaply made. Some of the tools in it are almost impossible to open with your fingers. You will need a tool for that.
