Some of the freshest and best I've had! Very soft and fruity flavoring. Perfect gummy worms. This is my second bag this year.

What could go wrong with 5lbs of gummies?

Ever since i went to Indiana and got suckered into going to the Albanese Candy Factory, ive been obsessed with their gummy candies. In the stores, they sell tiny bags for $6 bucks, but my addiction needed more. In the candy factory they sell 5lb bag of "oops" gummies for $5 and I've been chasing that high ever since. Cue these bags. The gummies are soft and flavorful, you open this behemoth of a bag and ate not hit with that sickeningly sweet fake sugar smell. And they last/stay soft for a while. I usually grab 1-2 worms. And they are still super soft and auper delicious. If you want a bargain, get these bad boys

I used to be a Trolli gal...but not anymore.

These are 100 times better. They're sour from start to finish, as opposed to being regular gummy worms with sour granules on the outside.

They're also gooeyer (more gooey?) so you don't ever feel like you're gnawing on rawhide to finish your gummies.

My only gripe is more with the packaging practices amazon uses than the product itself.

It gets hot here in Texas, so, the gummies arrive in a big, sticky, goo puddle in June, July, August, and September (I have these on Subscribe and Save, they're THAT good)

I wish they're put cold packs in them.

Flavor was excellent on these, texture was good and they tasted fresh. Flavors split well on the colors, so each worm gives you 2 flavors unlike some of the cheap worms. No gummies stuck together which was nice, packaging could be a little better is probably my only complaint as they use the super thin tear wrap stuff so you'll need a separate container after you open them. If you're buying this many worms though you probably have an empty jar ready to go.

I never got what all the hype was about gummi candy. I tried some gummi bears many, many years ago and they were hard and tasteless. I just never got a hankering for them again. We are in the heat of summer and I can only buy certain candies to be shipped so they don't melt and read the reviews on gummies. So many people are oowing and awwing about them that I had to try some. I can always push it off on my husband's co-workers if I don't like them. These arrived yesterday and we opened them today. I said I would try 2. 8 gummi worms later and I had to put them away or I would keep eating them. The taste is fruity and bright...highly flavored. They are soft, much softer than a Starburst (which pulled a crown out) so my dentist will be 'somewhat' happy about the change. Still enough give on the bite to have resistance but not hard enough to do damage. These are not sour...just sweet fruitiness. They are a good 3 inches long and each worm comes in 2 colors/flavors each. Delicious!
**Sad to say I told my husband to bring the rest of the bag to his work to share. I would eat that whole bag if left in the house. I have no control when it comes to these...they are that good.

BEST TASTING GUMMY CANDY

Albanese Candy is the best tasting gummy candy. It's our household's favorite brand. We've tried their 12-flavor variety of gummi bears, but prefer their 5-flavor gummi candy instead. These mini gummi worms are approximately 2 inches in length, two flavors per worm, nice and soft and chewy, and do not stick to your teeth. If I'm not mistaken, the flavors are orange, lemon, green apple, cherry, and pineapple. As with all mail order shipments, packages may be subject to differnt temperatures. However, our gummi candy orders have always arrived safely and without damage to the integrity of the candy. If there were damage, I would contact Amazon to resolve any issues, but wouldn't write a review to reflect the rating of the candy.

Hit the spot!! (In more ways than one)

I'm recovering from a broken right leg and am not yet cleared to drive. I love my wife dearly but she doesn't handle requests well.... I got hooked on gummi worms about a year ago. Our local grocery store chain has a bulk foods section with some pretty good gummies. I offered to pay for my addiction and even to go with her to take care of it myself but "absolutely not" was the response I got. I've been stuck with gummi BEARS from wally-world, which are okay but just not the same. Then I remembered Amazon Prime!! =D

Got these next day (I was desperate) and had a couple as soon as I opened the box, mainly concerned about the aftertaste another purchaser mentioned. There was none, I'm happy to report. Excellent quality--soft, scrumptious aroma and absolutely delicious! I highly recommend these to anyone who enjoys really good gummies!

I know. Some of you probably think I've lost it! Maybe I have but when you're stuck in the house for 8 weeks straight with your mother-in-law with rain every day for the seven days and you have no escape in sight PLUS another 5 weeks ahead of you, you take your little victories wherever you can find them! Have some of these yummy little treats and relax!!

An Acquired Taste... Too Bold For My Taste

Maybe I should of tried a small bag of these first before going in with 5 pounds. The flavor is definitely bold. Too bold for my taste. I don't see myself getting through 1 lb of this. Flavor is way too intense.

Update: Flavor grew on me within a couple of days of trying to give them a chance. The initial very soft, overly mushy, gummy worm texture also improved to your normal gummy worm texture over time. I'll bump my review up a star since these improved over time. I won't try them again, but I will give their gummy bears a shot since a small gummy bear shouldn't pack quite the intense punch of a flavor. A small pack first :)

Gummies for true lovers of sour.

I absolutely love this brand of sour Gummi Worms. I used to be a committed Trolli brand Sour Worms consumer. I can without reserve tell anyone that this brands Worms are made for true lovers of sour through and through. Other brands including Trolli start sour but then finish with a sweet gummi worm. These worms are larger in size. The worms are about three inches in length. Albanese worms are softer and chewier in texture than the Trolli brand. If not kept in a cool dry space these Worms will turn into one big glob of Sour Gummies! A wonderful treat for lovers of sour Gummi Worms that really loves sour. Beware of the huge bag. You will continually eat the Gummies until you convince yourself that the bag started off so small.

Doesn't deserve a 1 star, they weren't disgusting. The sour flavor was great, hit the mouth like it should. However, the texture of these gummies were way off, at least for me it was. It was very hard to chew threw, might as well be gum. I ended up tossing them in the trash, too gummy for me. Shipment arrived within 2 days for Prime membership, the package it came in was full of sugar/citric acid powder, ended up all over the counter and floor. I would not purchase again, too tough to chew through.
