poor poor piece of crap. not happy with this at all. Only good was the return process. Not sure why they even sell this thing.
4/2/2013 follow up I received a phone call about this product. I told them it was not good at all, hoses did not fit , workmanship was poor, and product info was lacking. They asked me what they could do to make it better. I told them to fix the problems ( I am not the only one that had the same issues ) or stop selling the product. I a sure they will not do any of my ideas.
4/3/2013 This is an E-Mail sent to me :It was nice talking to you earlier. Thank you for your understanding and we appreciate very much that you agreed to withdraw the negative feedback for us. Hope to do business with you again in the near future. Please follow the link to remove your feedback.

Bought this product Dec 2011 to install in the kids bathroom. They couldn't wait to brush their teeth...in the dark. We have a large bathroom and the blue, green and red colors light things up very well. I did notice that the water doesn't drain all the way (like others pointed out), but I actually don't mind that as the light stays on almost like a night light if you don't tap on it or turn it on and off quickly to make it drain. Despite being used like a night light, the batteries have not needed replaced. (It's June 2012 now.)
It was relatively simple to install, the hardest part was getting the right connections to join with the existing pipes (and getting the old faucet out.) I went from a 3 hole (faucet with two handles) to this and a soap dispenser on the right and a lotion dispenser on the left.
I was impressed with the heaviness of it and glad that the silver parts were actually metal instead of plastic painted like metal. Despite my very hard water, it still shines up nicely and has not clogged the glass inside. (I was worried that build up would eventually make it stop, but so far, so good.) I only use window cleaner on it though as I have seen even the most gentle "all purpose scrubbie sponges" damage stainless steel and chrome. (as I glance at my $3000 stainless steel fridge with trails of scratches in circles all across the front.)
The amount of water coming out is exceptional, but almost too much for a child. They can't resist turning it on full blast. With two of these faucets in one bathroom, with the lights off and two kids "racing" to see whose can turn red first, it sounds like a water park with all the splashing and carrying on.
I like it for the same "cool wow factor" that another reviewer mentioned. I like gadgets and cool things and not to mention INEXPENSIVE things. This met all of those requirements.
I would recommend this product hands down.
Verry unique faucet

We were looking for a unique single handle faucet and this one worked perfectly. We love watching the color change from blue to green to red as the water temperature changes from cold the hot. I had no major installation problems and no leaks. As has been previously noted the furnished supply lines are ½". However since I was changing out the old stop valves I purchased new quarter turn ½" slip x ½" compression angle valves. Problem solved. To ensure I had no leaks, I lightly coated the O-rings on the furnished supply lines with waterproof grease before inserting them into the valve body. I used "Velcro" tape to mount the battery box out of sight and out of the way behind the sink. I was not able to use two of the supplied nuts as jam nuts to hold the mounting bolts securely to the faucet body as the holes in the countertop were slightly too small. The LED light does occasionally stay on but generally tapping or running a finger across the spout drains the water and puts the light out. Use of a clear straw inserted into the spout as mentioned by a previous reviewer is a great idea. I can see with time that hard water might cause some unsightly deposits but I think occasional cleaning the spout and faucet with a mild vinegar solution might keep spotting under control. The faucet does not come with a drain but I used a flip up drain Bathroom Faucet Sink Flip up Drain Stopper Chrome 1 1/2" with Overflow
to finish the job.
The jury is still out on this faucet

I love the look, the flow is fantastic, and when it lights up, it is really cool ! The light only comes on sometimes, and it flickers a lot.
That was the positive....now.the negatives
You will have to make sure the faucet will even fit the sink, we had to drill out an opening on our sink, and buy a cover plate to cover where the opening was drilled out. Also, this faucet comes with only what you see.. no other parts, no stopper, or what usually comes with a new faucet.
Now.here's the real plummers nightmare... maybe this fits and works great outside the USA, but no here. Your plummer or yourself will have some serious aggravation ahead ..Our plummer made numerous trips to the hardware store and ened up makeing the connections himself. The shut off valves ened up needing ball valves and 1/2 inch pipe thread for the hoses to fit.
It really looks so cool.......but that is when it works. When the room is finished I will try to get some photos to help show.hopefully it will light up then.

I purchased two complete units, and while the faucet looks nice, it was extreemly difficult to install as nothing fit as it should have... I purchased two used 18" round porcelin sinks (3-hole) in "like new" condition...
After installing both supply lines, I inserted the steel cover plate and found the supply lines were in the way about 1/8" from each line... I used my trusty old dremel tool and notched both sections of the steel plate for a perfect fit...
Now it was time to place both supply lines in the center basin hole, something that should take less then a minute to install...
WELL, the three holes were made with a taper, and even though I only needed the center hole, the hole was undersized for the two lines...
Out comes my dremel, this time I replaced the fiber cutting disc with a diamond disc... This disc is required to remove three sections of porsilin, very carefully as it is like glass... After trimming, it was a perfect fit and everything was comming together...
IDEA; this unit has a small battery pack that controls the thermal switch (blue/green/red) that needs mounting. I extended the wires about 12" or so by cutting the main lines in half, then joined them in the center... This was enough slack where I could mount the battery pack behnd tne back of the cabinet style... The unit is on a cup holder, and just hangs there...
I would recommend anyone purchasing this type of faucet to contact the maker first and ask the model type sink they recommend..

I've purchased this faucet several times now and used it at three different fix n' flip projects... It really get's the "WOW" factor from buyers, realitors (And It also seems to be a fan favorite for kids too)... Which is exactly what you want to hear when you're selling a home! I can't speak to the long-term use of it, but for the look and style... The price is unbeatable, and the faucet feels to be very well made. The sleek and modern look when the water is off provides the bathroom with an elegant look - Then when you turn the water on, it's an LED wonderland!

First one was DOA right out of the box....BUT I could not tell it did not work until it was installed as running water through the faucet is the only way for it to light up. So I had to install it, see that it didn't work, go online and request an exchange, wait for the new one to arrive and install it. Anyway, I installed the second one and it worked great...... for a little while then it also stopped working. I tried new batteries and even an new battery housing and NOTHING.
Good idea, bad implementation...

This looks cool, lights up as it's supposed to and changes color based on water temperature, but the batteries die way too fast because the water stays inside so the LEDs stay on. You can put your hand over the length of the hole to release the surface tension of the water to drain it, but with three kids and guests, it is too hard to get everyone to do this. Besides that, this tap is INCREDIBLY loud. If someone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night, it woke up the whole house. I finally just replaced with a cheap tap from Home Depot which works for us much better.
Don't waste your money.. Not worth it!!

This looks great but had trouble with install.. cost me $20.00 more at Home Depo( which btw the guy who helped me said I was not the first one who needed parts for this faucet from this company) for new water line hose which the one they supplied is 1/2 inch which on an average faucet line it is 3/8 inch... The holes on the fixture is way too small and the three hole cover plate.
Not satisfied at all,, save yourselves time, money and headache...spend a little more and get a better faucet.. you get what you pay for....
Very nice, but lights malfunction after 6 months...

I bought this six months ago, to teach my toddler babies when water change temperatures. It was easy to install, after getting the right fittings, relatively easy... The color changes were a great instrument for my girls to know when water was cold, warm, hot and scalding, because of the different colors emitted by the unit. The only problem I got so far is that the sensor went crazy! Now, it only lights green, red and flashes both color sometimes. No more blue... The quality of the faucet is still very good, but the light feature is no longer operational...
