I'm so upset!by pendant (1 out of 5 stars)

Since there were only few reviews, so i was worried. But there were 4stars, so I thought this was a good heater. Now just 63days, the heater broke! It doesn't work when I turned it on.
After this came, I used this about 58 days later and one of the lights didn't work when I turned it on ...
So I tried it for another day and then all of the lights died completely.
Who would buy this just to use it for 2 months?!!
If you would buy this product, you have to buy the warranty!
Now I'm very, very upset.
Sad table situation

I had only used my table about fifteen times and then it just stopped working! I loved this table for the short period of time it worked! It made being out on my deck in the chilly evenings very enjoyable. The heat level was perfect! I was very disappointed to find that it only had a 30 DAY warranty. If I had contact info for the company I would plead my case.....
DON'T BUY IT

Don't waste your money, just don't buy it. It is producing so little heat, it's not even funny. to feel something, have your hands around the tube and you can stay like this an hour, you won't get burn, that's for sure.... i also bought the taller version, it's a bit better but nothing seems worth the gaz one...
PS FOR BOTH PRODUCTS THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ARE FOR AN OLDER VERSION OF DESIGN, WHICH MAKES IT EVEN MORE FRUSTRATING TO BUILT
Warm electric table

I've had this table for a year. It still works and puts out real heat! It's perfect on the balcony for cool California nights. The base is pretty heavy and stable as well. Would recommend for places that can't have a fire outside, like apartments.
extra warmth on a cool night

it's a functional, pleasant looking, apparently well designed piece of patio furniture that puts out the perfect amount of heat in cool weather.
It's most effective from a range of about 45 degrees to the mid 60's(F) or so. You'll want barstools to fully appreciate the warmth.
You must be sitting at the table to get warm. It's not a propane torch. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to sit outside and have
a glass of wine on a crisp spring or autumn evening.
I'm going to try one more time as my friend has one that wasn't damaged and I loved the compactness

Doesn't deserve the star. I've had to send two of these back to to pre-packaging damage at the stems. I'm going to try one more time as my friend has one that wasn't damaged and I loved the compactness of it.
Tabletop Rusts
by Mickie (4 out of 5 stars)

Absolutely beautiful table, and the two-level selection infrared heater does a great job of dispelling the chill. However, the stainless steel table top readily rusts. I've cleaned and waxed it now--maybe that will help preserve the surface--but I suppose I'll be running outside after every rainstorm or foggy morning to dry the surface. What a bother, especially given that I bought the table only about a month ago.
cool but could more sturdy

Heater works fairly well.... It isn't exactly the most heavy duty table, but is pretty cool having the heater built in. It was a big hit at a party we recently had.
VERY nice table, BUT very little heat

VERY nice table, BUT very little heat. I'm not at all sure the other reviews here are real. After calling the manufacturer they kind of admitted they know there is little heat unless you are right next to it within inches, so not very useful.
Slightly disappointed, still cool though

I'm not overly impressed by this.
The Pros -- Looks nice
-- Heat is all around
-- Good height
-- People think it is really cool
-- Top isn't actually metal (gets warm but not hot)
The Cons -- Top isn't actually metal
-- Medium heating at best, haven't used when temperature was below 40 degrees F
-- Can't feel the heat more than 3 feet away
-- Seems to have a built in thermo that shuts it off every five minutes
-- Wobbles a bit
