Great Set of Rocks

Packaged carefully in a box with styrofoam already around it to prevent breakage and Amazon sent it within another box. The small (toe) rocks are too big to fit between my toes but I will use them in other areas. Could be I have small toes but I have river rocks I had collected that match perfectly with this set. Rocks are smooth and of different size - will work and I am excited to use them.

The box is somewhat fragile as it is made of bamboo with a latch that bends easily. I will see about replacing the latch to keep rocks covered and together in one place.

I give this set a 5 as it is not the box I am going to put to work - the rocks are the product I am reviewing and they are the variety of sizes I need.

Missing some stones

As others have mentioned, my box also arrived broken at the hinges. Additionally, I only received 32 stones rather than the 36 described. My box is missing 3 of the mid size stones and 1 of the small stones. The omission of the small stone is not such a big deal, but it would've been nice to have those additional mid size stones.

False Advertising- no large stones in set

I am disappointed with the size of the stones. There are no large stones...3 inch stones are not large and cannot hold heat long. I have a hot stone set and large stones are 5-6 inches and hold heat much longer than smaller stones. I am trying to return this product.

Received this product in a timely manner. It's an 'ok' set for home massage but definitely not for professional use. The stones don't seem to be able to hold the heat for as long as my other set (different brand), and several of them are not as smooth as they should be. The bottom of the box was cracked and the stones looked as though they had been randomly thrown in it. Definitely did not arrive looking like the picture!!

Very nice starter set for hot stone massage. These massage stones do not have any "personality" like individually found stones would. However, they are of good quality, very smooth, and provide a nice even heat that is long lasting. Wooden box is also of nice quality and provides a attractive presentation for the stones. The box will look nice in my office. Great stones to start my collection with.

The stones arrived quickly and packaged very well. The storage box is beautiful and so far not having any issues on the box locking piece. Highly recommend. Definitely a perfect amount of stones for what I will be using them for in my Massage Business.

Stones are alright but the small stones for fingers/toes are definitely too fat. The other stones are fine but I was expecting different shapes/sizes when in actuality they are all pretty close in size and the exact same shape. None were broken upon arrival which I was happy about (considering other reviews) so A+ there.

I'll probably have to upgrade to a more professional set in the future but these will do for now. Good for beginners I suppose. Nothing special here.

Don't purchase this you can't return it ! It's not a HOT BOX air doent heat the stones and I warmed my stones and they got cold before I was even done with my client I paid 30$ shipping and now I'm stuck with it ! Very unhappy .

did not have large stones as advertised

I purchased this set because they said they had large stones and it was within my budget. I opened it and realized basically all but the small stones were medium-sized and none were large, as advertised. (unfortunately, I've noticed MANY businesses selling Hot Stone sets seem to think that 3" oval stones are large. THEY ARE NOT.) I would consider 3" to be small/medium. I'm very disappointed and will be returning my set.

im currently enrolled at our local university doing a certificate in therapeutic sports massage and I needed these stones as it is one of the subject areas we are doing. I must say these stones have been very helpful in my studies and they also came in great condition. I will recommend this product to anyone doing massage therapy.
