Fantastic Idea - Needs Better Execution

Saw this during Halloween a few years ago - smoke filled bubbles that make a magical puff of vapor when they pop! Searched and ordered this unit. First one was dead on arrival - filled it with proper smoke and bubble fluids, powered it up and... no results. Returned it (fortunately vendor gave prompt support) and ordered another unit which arrived just in time for Halloween. This one started after a 3 minute warm-up period and performed as expected - magical bubbles, either large or small.

However, the devil is in the details. Poor workmanship - bubble juice leaks from the molded window that shows the fluid level, and drains the reservoir in a few minutes making a huge puddle of goo. (We sealed the leak using PVC pipe cement applied with a toothpick.) And fog juice spills from somewhere inside unit. Finally, when finished for the season, there is no easy way to drain all the fluids and clean it out. A great concept that needs a few more rounds of prototypes before going into production. So if you have the time and a little patience (and lots of clean up rags), give it a try. The results are magical, if messy.

POST-HALLOWEEN UPDATE

In short, it was the absolute hit of the evening. We ran this unit from dusk until midnight, perching it on a ledge over the front sidewalk. It filled the courtyard with bubbles all night and people were amazed. Some kids said it made our yard the coolest one on the street (and we have a lot of great competition). Others were so entranced by chasing the bubbles that they forgot to ask for candy! We refilled the bubble fluid twice, and fog fluid once, and it just kept on going. After, we poured out the remaining fluids, wiped it down and put it into storage for next year. We'll see how it fares then. I'm actually considering buying a second one for even more bubbles!

I love the Bubble Fogger and it is always a big hit with the kids on Halloween Night! We had to move to the front third of the garage when handing out candy otherwise we had a major back log because the kids wanted to pop the bubbles. Parents also had a hard time getting the kids to leave. Thanks for helping to create memories!

Awesome Product

I have my own business and could not find this product within my town, they were out everywhere I went. So I ordered it online, and it came in time in fact just a couple of hours before my first Halloween Party. I was very pleased to receive it in time, and people couldn't stop watching the bubbles or popping them to watch the vapor appear. I used it at 5 Halloween Parties, and will probably use it for New Years Party too. I like the fact it can be used indoors and does not make a mess, so I will use it more often than my old bubble machine and separate fog machines.

Great idea but needs a better fan to push the bubbles out

We purchased this item for our halloween decorations. We purchased tekno bubbles to use with it, since it doesn't recommend a brand. I found that the fan doesn't push the bubbles out enough as the bubbles kept more focused around the machine or on it. We had a mess in front of machine, on the wall next to it and on it. Other than that, with all of our Black lights and the reactive bubble mix, it was a hit with the trick or treaters,young and adults. It was a let down for us, as we expected it to push out like a regular bubble maker pick up with the wind.

I purchased the Bubble Fogger as a Christmas gift for my nephews (ages 2 and 7). They were mesmerized for hours. Be sure to purchase fog juice and bubble juice as the Bubble Fogger does not come with any.

I used a Bubble Fogger machine for a dance performance and the fog bubbles were great. Really happy with it. The audiece ws mesmerized by the bubbles. It is fantastic.

Bought this from another vendor but had the same experience: Machine stopped working after a few hours although it was over 2-3 Halloween seasons. No apparent reason, still made smoke, still blew air thru nozzle and nozzle still cycled but no smoke thru nozzle, only out the back and bottom of the machine. Not impressed by the durability but apparently this is the only thing of it's kind to be found.

This is a $30 machine during Halloween. Unit works great, had mine for 3 years. Kids love it. I use vegetable glycerin, dish soap, and water for bubbles then soft gloves on kids hands so they can hold and bounce the fog bubbles. Hours of fun! Worth it, but not for this SCAM price.
