These are going to be used in a phyto-fighter food demo for kids. They will be just right for spearing the food in making their rainbow fruit and vegetable kabods. If the kids are not too rough they should last a while, at least that is my hope since they seem a little pricey.

Not sure what I was expecting but I got what I wanted - a bunch of little army dudes on sticks. They're great in foods (cake, sandwiches, pie...) and are a humorous addition to any meal. I particularly like that you get two colors so you can have a birthday cake battle. Excellent!

Fantastic for a Party

We strategically positioned these around the food offerings at our son's 6th birthday party which had a military theme. They are super easy to stick in/on food and made a big impact for little money. Super cute. After the party, I even washed them and am storing them in a ziploc bag in case another of my sons decides on a military themed party in the future. Really cute!

These are toy soldiers straight out of the original mold... those "picks" are usually cut off before selling to kids (of all ages). The "picks" are quite thick... would work on a cake, but not as hor d'oeuvre holders. Still... Fred remains FUN!
