Cant enter code with screen goes black!!!

when the screen goes dark.. and mine did within 6 months... No access to data. POS. I was forced to use this by corporate IT.. this is why we all hate Corp IT and why I don't give a ___ about hillary's emails. IT departments create more problems than they solve. Other vendors off encrypted drives with exposed buttons. That was what i wanted.

Now I have to wait for the "expert" to return to work and hope he can decrypt the drive with the enterprise code.. assuming he can even enter it SINCE THE SCREEN IS BLACK.
