It was below all possible expectations. The machine had no effect on the shoes, but instead the floor is covered with the hairs and the bristles from the machine. Don't buy.

Purchased this for our office after our old polisher broke.mgrewt for the price and am purchasing a outer for the home. Is it perfect...? No! But my other choice is a unit for $500+. This does the job. The lanolin liquid is ok, but nice to just get a shine and cleaning.

cotton fibers stink

Works good but I havent found the correct shoe polish for it yet. When you use a paste it takes a while to heat up and polish. The main problem I have found is the cotton polishing pads leave fibers on the boot and it takes a long time to get them off.

Piece of junk!!! No power. Motor quits if you put the least amount of pressure on the wheels. Button will not stay in the on position. I have to put a rock on the button to keep it going!!!

Very happy with this shoe polisher does a great job and the liquid dispenser works great. Used one at work and bought one for home.
