Extremely cheap..it broke for me after the first time I used it. It's made of all plastic and it breaks easily.

Smaller than we expected. Didn't work at first, then we discovered it depends on the beer. Don't use Guinness! Worked well with a light beer like Coors or 312.

Part gag-gift, part "no, really, try it!" Christmas gift for my dad. At first, he was hesitant, because adding more foam to beer is not really what you want, and that's what the box implies by the photo. And it does foam up a bit, but the real reason to use this (besides the fact that it's great to show off at family dinners) is that the mug agitates the beer and makes air bubbles. They make the beer more aromatic and a bit more flavorful. Like putting cheap wine in a blender to make it taste better. I don't know if it'll get a lot of actually use, but it was a fun little stocking stuffer*. (*Which did not actually fit inside his stocking.)
