It's the savings bank that will make them want to save. They'll be running around the house searching for coins to "Feed" their face bank. Also makes for a great office and/or reception desk novelty. This item forever changed my life. Before I got this, I had not found any meaning in my life. My world was so bland and simple. I don't know why I hadn't noticed earlier. But now, now I feel complete. Everyday, I wake up to see the face of something so beautiful and perfect, I feel ashamed being in its presence.
I simply have no words.
Thank you.
I will not moisturize you.

I was absolutely loving this. The longer I had it however the more scared I got. It repeatedly asked me to moisturize it. Demanding I called it Cassandra. Kept eating my money. Though It was a wonderful item. Im not sure how i feel about it anymore.

I bought this for a coworker as a going away gift. I hope it haunts her at night the way I think it will. That way she will never forget us.
Really Disappointed

I ordered this for my brother-in-law's birthday that was this month. Was pretty proud of myself for getting ahead of the game. Well, he opened it around everyone and thought it was fantastic as did all of the kids too, since we were all together for the holidays. We got the batteries, read the directions and.......NOTHING. Tried it again and NOTHING! Do NOT waste your time or money. Severely disappointed in this. This seemed so cool and right up the alley of someone who appears to have everything, but that can be the case if it doesn't work. #facepalm
Face Bank is More Than a Bank

Face Bank is the thing I've been missing my entire life - a reliable, constant companion. Unlike most friends who come and go, Face Bank is always there, willing to accept loose change in exchange for listening to me ramble about my day, discuss geopolitical issues, and investment advice.
Not worth sticking your coins into

A bit underwhelming. Coins just drop into the mouth hole whether it's activated or not. To get the mouth movement to work you need to push a button in the chin area to activate. Then you have to gingerly insert coin halfway into mouth for it to swallow. If you put the coin in more than halfway, it just drops in. Also, mine came with something rattling around inside. It took about 30 minutes of shaking it to find a penny had been lodged inside the bowels of the device. Test penny maybe?
Doesn't work very well

I bought this for my daughter and we were disappointed it didn't work very well. It arrived crushed a bit as Amazon shipped it in an envelope, but it was also slow to activate, we had to help push the coin all the way in and some of the coins missed the coin box and fell in the actual mechanism. Certainly not work the $17 price either.
Creepy. Gets a lot of compliments.

The face bank is a great conversation piece. Be warned. It only works as you would expect about 30% of the time. Behind the haunting, featureless facade are some of the poorest electronics I've ever seen. Poor Face Bank only manages to successfully scarf down about 1 coin in 10 without assistance. Coins become easily lodged in his esophagus. Light sensitivity is wonky at best. He'll start chewing the air at random times for no reason, sometimes in the middle of the night. It's actually pretty terrifying- but then, I wouldn't have purchased a Face Bank if I didn't want to be terrified. You've been warned.
Already broken

It's already broken. It doesn't so much "chew" the money as the mouth simply moves while you push money in. It holds very little money and the coins can get jammed in the "jaws" so they stop moving. Overall - worthless.
