This 'new' item had been previously opened. The charger plug kept on popping out of the port it is designed to fit into. I returned the product.

Worked great for 3 weeks! Broke and was not returnable. Electronic issues. Very fragile. Was introduced on Kickstarter but released too early.

The wall wart power supply didnt work. Fixed it by resoldering the line connection to the board. Three 8 hour runs and the laser died. What a waste of money.

Turned off after 2hrs, and wouldn't turn on again. Looks like good build quality and packaging, just has really poor quality laser. Judging by the reviews here, you don't have that great of likelihood of getting an awesomely working device.
