Many people enjoy a glass of crisp, cool white wine in the afternoon while others enjoy fine spirits at night, and almost everyone can't live without a hot cup of coffee to start their day. Sparq Whiskey, Wine and Coffee Rocks help keep your cool drinks cool and your hot drinks hot. Throw a few rocks in your favorite spirit after a few hours in the freezer and taste how they take away your drink's bite without diluting its flavor. Soapstone is a naturally occurring stone, made by the earth and has been used for its temperature retaining properties for centuries. True soapstone is inert. Alkalis and acids won't affect it as they will with granite, marble, or slate stone. This means soapstone will not react to any liquid you choose to drop them in, nor will it react to any household cleaners. Sparq rocks are also non-porous, orderless and tasteless and will not harbor bacteria. Add a few rocks to your wine after a few hours in the freezer and you won't have to worry about warm wine ever again (we don't recommend using the rocks with delicate glass, your glass could break) or drop them in your coffee or tea after a few minutes in the microwave. The stones can be frozen or heated but are not intended to act as mini-freezers or sub-zero inducing cubes. They gently cool or warm your intended liquid, but most importantly, they sustain the desired temperature over much longer periods of time. Made in USA.

This was a gift for my brother, and I had to tape the box together. I understand the rocks are heavy, but if they're going to be shipped, then the packaging should hold up!

Good whiskey rocks, but comes as 12 of the same sized cubes as opposed to the advertised 9 under one inch and 3 over one inch.

Bought these as a gift and was disappointed...there were 12 stones as advertised, and they came in a small pouch that said "Whiskey Stones" "mini - max - smart"...that was it...no other branding elements, no instructions to put them in a freezer or that you could heat them up in the microwave..nothing about what they are actually made out of or what is the recommended method of cleaning them..I would have expected this much from a lesser expensive set, but not for the money I paid for them..too bad.

These whiskey stones are great. Get the true taste of good whiskey without it being deluted. In the past I always drank my whiskey over ice but once I tryied these stones I am sold.

These were a perfect! My boyfriend loves these! He likes his coffee cooled and he likes his whiskey chilled! We keep these in the freezer and throw them in the dishwasher. They work wonderfully and are way better than ice!!!

I assumed we would use our Whiskey Rocks to keep cocktails cold, which we do, and they work great! But I can also throw one into my glass of white wine to keep it chilled and not watered down by an ice cube. I am learning all kinds of great occasions to use the Whiskey Rocks. They can be heated and used in my morning coffee. Keeps it hot for a complete cup! They are also great looking and will be on my gift idea list.

What a great gift idea! I got these as a present and at first I wasn't sure what to expect. I have to say they are not only a great conversation starter but useful as well! I use them for my coffee and boy do they get hot! I nearly burned myself the first time I used them but it was worth it. I was very suprised it kept the coffee as hot as it did for as long as it did. My husband likes them to keep his cocktails cold. Easy to through in the freezer and have them ready for company. Highly recommend for someone who likes to host.
