Amazon's description says, "Dishwasher safe" and "Microwave safe", but a slip of paper that came with the cup says, "Hand wash only. Not recommended for the microwave". Update of Nov. 2016: The deceptive description has been removed by Amazon, so I raise my review to 3 stars. My daughter still likes this cup, and it still looks like new. I don't think we have ever tried microwaving it, but we have run it through the dishwasher at least once. No harm.

Love this mug besides the couple manufacturing defects. Mine came with a scratch above the 'D' and the 'U' looks more like an 'O'.

Mine came out just as expected, which is great. It holds a little bit more than what a standard mug would hold. I can drink out of it just fine, which is a bit surprising since I thought the squiggly top would have a hole-in-the-lip effect. I figured the washing would be a bit more tricky with it haveing a little nook and you can't see around the tunnel, but I think that as long as I wash it with hot water when I am done with it, there won't be any residue issues. I use a little toothbrush just for this when I drink stuff with additives like honey just in case.

Meets the expectation I'd have of a donut shaped mug. It's unique, the colors are true and vibrant, even the handle (which I was worried would feel less than strong per the picture) - the handle is just fine for the size and shape of the mug. We're sticking with the hand washing only just to make sure it gets clean all around the interior of the 'donut'. Great gift item. It's not meant to be entirely practical so to complain its not isn't worth the font space.

really enjoy this mug. use it for coffee on the weekends. a bit tough to clean given its design and i have noticed what looks like cracks all along the inside of the mug. not sure if thats normal or if the inside of the mug is slowly falling apart. i know the mug might seem more like something just to have on display as a gag, but i purchased it with the intent of having a unique mug to use for coffee on a regular basis.

the shape of the opening may seem a bit weird compared to a normal mug, but i find it to be very comfortable on my mouth. to where there is less issue of actually ever spilling anything out the sides of your lips.

Love this product. I bought it for a friend who is a big fan of donuts. It's not a practical cup for drinking, but it is a cute decor item. My friend really liked the cup, but there was a small chip in the cup. However, we figured it wasn't too big a deal. If there was no chip, this would be 5/5.

I love the mug it looks just like a krispy kreme chocolate donut with sprinkles. It is amazing how it looks. I also didnt have a problem drinking from the cookie cutter opening on top of the mug. It holds as much as my regular big mug.

Now if only you could eat the mug it would be perfect, because the mug looks delicious! Bought this for my sister for Christmas as kind of a gag gift but it is actually really cool. She likes different kind of coffee mugs and this one did just fine to her liking. It looks really cool but I have a feeling that one tip over and it is done-zo. It is a lot bigger mug than I expected it is kind of hard to stir the sugar and cream into the coffee because of the middle section, but isn't a huge problem. The mug looks really cool and if a cool stocking stuffer or small gift to give to someone.

This mug looks good and really big (actually, 14oz.) Its handle is well comfortable for my hand. I drank coffee with this mug, no leak over a side of my mouth. It's kinda hard to stir with a stick because of the obstacle center (hole). It's merely one disappointing thing: a few very small painted dots were peeled off becoming white on the front donuts image from ceramic that is what the mug was made of. But still I love this mug.

Came in a nice box and then a bigger box for packaging. Looks exactly the same as the picture. Only thing is it might be weird to drink from because the rim is jagged and not like a regular mug. Bought it as a gift.

The middle of the cup has a barrier to make the hole for the doughnut. Looks good but makes it difficult to stir in the mug.
