Great buy!by AD59 (4 out of 5 stars)

I love my Samurai - Japanese watch. I wear it on a daily basis and I've not had any problems whatsoever. Everyone who's seen it on my wrist has asked me what it is. When I show them, they're all surprised at how unique it is. A few of my co-workers have ordered themselves one. I just hope we don't all start walking around with the same watch. Lol
When I first got it, I had to remove two of the links (one from each side), to fit my wrist. It was not a problem to do it myself. It's kept time very well and it hasn't lost its shine. You can't beat the price for a stainless steel watch! It's lightweight and wears well. The best money I've ever spent. I recommend this product.
Always a surprise for those around you

This watch does not always remain lit up, which can be a bit inconvienent at times, but it's well worth it when you press a single button and it lights up to tell you the time. I've been stopped so many times so people can look at the time, amused that they are amazed that my bracelet lit up. This watch keeps the time and date accurately and I've had no problems with it at all. It's very durable and you can take some of the links out if it's too large for you, like it was for me. I plan to order more of these in the future for some of my family and friends that like the way it works, too
Neat Watch!

I was looking for wrist watches and the price of this watch caught my eye. I really like the iron look to it and how it practically looks like a bracelet. The first day I wore it to school, most of my buddies said, "Nice bracelet!" I smiled then asked for the time. As soon as a friend put his hand in his pocket for his phone, I look at my "bracelet." My pals look at me weirdly and a guy behind me was like, "What the hell? That's a watch!" They were all very surprised. Every now and then a stranger I walk by says "Nice bracelet. or "Nice watch." This watch is worth every penny spent. If your on a low budget and looking for a watch that gives much attention, this is the watch for you.
Cons: Hard to see in bright daylight, but that's not a problem for me. ;)
Not even worth to be used as a paper wieght

Got, it for my daughter, and she loved it. It lasted less than 24 hours before it died. It was not the person wearing it, as my adult daughter was sitting down when it decided to die.
Of course the warranty is so broad that anything would void the warranty.
Stay away from this, unless you like flushing your money down the t*^&let
Imressive Timepiece!

This watch is cool. If you have ever wanted to feel like an extra straight out of "Men In Black", this is a required purchase. If you want to impress your friends and family, this is a required purchase. If you want a watch that lights up in the dark, this is a required purchase. Words cannot describe how great this timepiece is! It did take a while to ship, but the wait was worth it! If you are thinking about purchasing this, do it, you won't regret it!
CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE

For less then $5 bucks this watch is a great deal, it actually works as described. Easy to set and LED is visible in the day light without squinting to see the numbers.
However, beware... this watch is absolutely NOT water resistant. I washed some dishes while wearing it and I didn't put the watch in the water directly but the moisture some how got into the watch and it stopped working. On the up side after drying out for two days the watch started to work again (and it's still working now). It keeps time fairly well but loses time over a period of time. I just checked it and it has lost 8 minutes since I set it two weeks ago (I haven't worn it since then because I do a lot of manual labor in lots of different solutions that could cause the watch to stop working all together. So I only wear it when I go out.
It's impressive looking watch and I get a lot of comments on it. My Son wants one too, also my wife asked if they make one for a woman's wrist.
Over all it's style is excellent, works OK and the price includes FREE SHIPPING and NO taxes so $5 bucks is all you pay so if you like the style buy yourself 2 or 3 of them, they should last quite awhile that way. Actually they could be considered as a 'disposable' watch and they do make an unusual gift too (don't tell them how much it costs :)

The LED face is as big as a watch
by Godmode (3 out of 5 stars)

The LED face is as big as a watch & you can see the edges between the lights unlike in the picture. For instance, If you see how the number '1' looks, it's created by two LEDs that you can obviously separately distinguish. Each LED section is like that. They must have photoshopped the picture.
The band doesn't exactly match the watch face pattern but it's enough to fool someone from 10 feet away or in the dark. It's also made with what I can only think is a painted aluminum or metal alloy.(hopefully without lead)
I've taken pictures of my watch but no where on this amazon page does it have the 'Share Customer Images' option. *sad panda*
With all that said, this is an $8us watch. If they provided better quality I think they're other clone companies would have to increase the prices on their other watches. After All these OEM factories produce the same items for 100s of seemingly separate brand names.
It seems that for a time this watch came with a nice tin box that said "LED Watch" on it but mine came wrapped in plastic saran wrap. Check Youtube for Iron Lava or Iron Samurai watch. You'll see
Awesome watch, but just be aware

This is a VERY cool-looking watch. When people see me press the button to light up the numbers, they always want to look at it.
As you can see in the description, this is an LED watch. That means that, to keep the battery from dying in a month, the numbers don't normally show; you have to press the button to see them. If you don't want to do that, don't buy this watch and then post a bad review afterwards. Because the numbers are made out of LIGHT, rather than being black on a pale background, when you're in bright sunlight, they will be hard to see; ditto on not buying it if you don't like that idea.
I have a fairly thick wrist, and the band hangs loose on me; I have left it that way because it looks more like a bracelet, but it should be possible to remove some of the links if you want it more fitted on your wrist.
The one thing that I would call an actual imperfection in this watch is that it tends to lose about a minute a week; because setting it is so quick and easy, and because the watch is so inexpensive, I have not removed a star for that, the way I would with an expensive watch. I've bought a lot of different cheap digital watches on Amazon, from different sellers, and they all keep pretty bad time; I consider it worth it to get something cool-looking so cheaply, but if you don't, then buy a more expensive watch, not this watch.
I also have one of these with the red LED numbers, but I think the blue numbers are more fun because you rarely see a watch with blue numbers; the red numbers are probably a little bit easier to read, though.
I would definitely buy this watch again.
It's cool with me

I read a lot of reviews on this and I was a bit skeptical if it will be working when I receive it. Luckily it works and it looks nice. People always comment about it. Only bad thing is it feels like plastic, definitely cheap made. When you feel it in your hand it feels like material that cheap kids toys are made out of. It looks nice and people don't know by just seeing it. I wear it bc I'm happy and it only cost me 5$ And free shipping. And I have another one on order. I think I like it bc it's different.
Broke within 30 minutes of wearing it in the living room

I didn't expect the highest craftsmanship in the land when I purchased this watch, however I expected a bit more than what I got.
**EDIT** I opened the back to see if perhaps the battery was loose and discovered that it is so poorly made that they didn't even fill all the screw holes with screws holding together the internal components of the watch!
Firstly, the angle of the picture hides it but the face of the watch is very obvious, which to be honest is the least disappointing part of the watch. As to be expected with a cheap watch direct from overseas the quality of the material is low which is evident in the weight.
Within 30 minutes of wearing the watch (which by the way has a VERY small band) the watch stopped displaying time even after hitting the button to bring it out of *sleep* or *power saving* mode. When it finally did respond to button press the lights would light up in a very odd and irregular pattern that did not display the time or any number at all for that matter. Lastly once the lights came on they have yet (an hour later) to go back off, I suspect not only is it very cheap and broken, but the battery will be dead soon.
On the plus side the blue lighting looks nice and crisp when they work.
