If you don't put these hats on cats, you're doing it wrong

Somewhat tedious to put together since they're small and made out of cardstock, but if you're gentle and can understand that 'tab a' goes into 'slot a', there shouldn't be a problem. Tape isn't necessary, but a few pieces would definitely help the hat keep shape.

Each hat is the size of an abnormally large apple, meaning that they'll work perfectly as cat hats. While the elastic bands are a bit too large for felines, looping it a few times will give enough hold to keep the hat on your miserable, soon-to-be clawing cat without it being too tight.

I recommend buying a few sets to place hats on neighborhood cats. You don't know true joy until you've witnessed 64 cats wearing mini trucker hats. That's right - 64.

Nicce, but not the best buy. It adds to the party favors on the list, but the kids threw theirs down almost right away and focused on the light up toys at my 13 yr old birthday party. I even got neon markers for them to decorate it with and put their names, but they didn't care for them. They also were a bit difficult assembling at first because if you don't be careful you can tear them easily. I liked the look though.

I guess I didn't read enough about these party hats because they are smaller than your fist. Can't fit even a baby. They are useless.
