Concept is great however the integrity of the magnets is SO poor ...by joshua d garcia (1 out of 5 stars)

Concept is great however the integrity of the magnets is SO poor that these cups can't hold much at all. They're constantly falling off the wall, falling onto each other and making a huge mess. No more plants allowed in mine. But even the most basic of household items won't stay up for long.
Finally the set comes with about 4 extra backing mounts in hopes that you'll spend more money on their overpriced cups. If you don't, then you just have these things lying around making this product environmentally unfriendly, wasteful and strategically marketed.
For the money I spent this is pretty upsetting. I would avoid.

Love it. I'm looking forward to the plants filling it in.
This system is AWESOME!

I love this wall system for organizing. It got everything off my desk and into cubbies. It's not only super functional but also pleasing to the eye. The only thing that I can complain about is the "guide" inside that shows you where to put the screws. It's becomes inaccurate, probably due to the fact that it's a folded sheet of paper, and drilling holes over and over again becomes kind of a nightmare.
Great idea

These planters are easy to hang, easy to care for and really add something different, and GREEN, to any room of your home. I have mine split up on each side of columns in my kitchen. Also put one by itself in the bathroom.
pretty cool!

gotta say, i ordered this crossing my fingers that the magnets would be strong enough and the installation would be easy (based on what I read from other reviews) .... and indeed this was the case! I'm quite happy with the system. granted I'm not using it for plants but for my entry-way to hold mail, sunglasses, keys, etc. so far so fantastic!

We could not compare this with any other Office Interiors and this is something which you should buy if you plan to make your office space not only productive but also beautiful.

not white. dishwater gray. not sure whether to return yet. pretty sure that the disparate materials used in the set (backs steel, cups plastic) cannot be painted with the same paint. will update.
Not worth the money.

Great concept... just doesn't deliver. The install of the grid is much more complex than explained. The 10X10 grid doesn't work on walls with standard 16" studs; after the first mount, the frames never hit another stud. The frames are flimsy and combined with the weight of the plants (per instruction with lava rocks) the whole structural system just fails. The magnets are very weak and the containers crash to the ground (especially the containers with a single contact magnet). After two months of struggle I pulled everything down and replanted in standard pots for my windowsills.
I am an avid supporter of entrepreneurs and grass roots efforts, but cannot overlook the fatal flaws of the system and would not recommend this product for the average consumer. That said, I have one slightly used Urbio Big Family for sale...
Buyer Beware

I love the idea of this - we installed a partial set a few weeks ago (two magnet boards and three containers total). It holds smaller, lighter items really well, and it even seemed capable of handling a small aloe plant (in the big deep one that has 4 touch points to the magnet board).
Then, I made the mistake of giving the aloe plant some water. Not a ton mind you, just a little drink. I carefully repositioned it on the wall. Apparently, not carefully enough. I walked away, and about 5 minutes later - BOOM - the whole thing flies off the wall and knocks the other containers off the wall on the way down. Dirt everywhere, a huge mess. This is asinine. If it's advertised to plants, it has to be strong enough to hold plants without creating a huge mess. Back it will go.
Oh yeah - and one more thing - the color is absolutely NOT a bright white like the pictures online suggest. It is kind of a dirty white instead. I wouldn't mind that so much if it worked, but it clearly is not worth the trouble.
