Pegs Mini Art 'Perfecto'by Anonymous2015 (5 out of 5 stars)
May 9, 2017
Pegzini clothespegs are well-constructed, thoughtfully designed, practical and functional. Clever interpretation of clothesline as tightrope, characters placed on SIDE of peg enable artistry to be enjoyed whether holding clothes or artwork on a line or rope, photos on a bookend, envelopes to be mailed, copy on a copyholder, or music, recipes, or sewing patterns on stands, or on lampshades (as I have). Detailed shapes are not just glued on but molded into the thicker plastic as part of the spring clip. Too much handling might rub off the black, not sure whether that is molded or applied. Back is flat and white but front well-defined.
Disappointing

I love the way these look, and they do hold up my socks missing mates over my washer/dryer, as planned, but they are top heavy. Even when holding onto something, they sag down so that you cant see how cute they are. I am really bummed about it. The only solution I can think of is to put magnets on the back and use them on a metal backboard.
Cute but don't stay up

5 stars for cuteness and 3 stars for function. As many reviews said, they are top heavy and don't really stay up, even when hanging with something like a towel. I knew this going in (thanks, reviewers!), so was okay with it. They are cute/fun, but it's important to keep this in mind when thinking of how they'll be used.

I bought these to take apart and turn into brooches for a costume, so I can't review how well they hold anything. However, I will say you may want to seal them with modgepodge, because the black will rub off with too much contact.
so there's no hanging a photo by the clothespin part and expecting it to look like the display

Not all that functional. The plastic characters are cute, but top heavy, so there's no hanging a photo by the clothespin part and expecting it to look like the display. Would not have purchased it if I had realized what a challenge it would be.

I bought these to make a twine line to hang my daughters artwork. They're adorable but not artistically functional because they're so top heavy they keep flipping over.
