TWICE AS FUN!by Max (5 out of 5 stars)

For those who find standard snow sports leave you wanting, you may be in luck!
I have always found ski boots uncomfortable and prone to causing ankle sores.
I also have a hard time performing S-turns on normal snowboards, and dislike the restriction of both feet being bound on the same device.
So I saw these things online a year ago and got some.
AWESOME DECISION.
First I must mention I had some shipping issues and the company did everything they could to guarantee my satisfaction, so A+ on customer service. However, when I finally did get the Duals, I needed to use a tap (I thinks it's called a tap, not the most familiar with tools) to clear up the binding settings before I could securely attache my bindings, so, at least for my initial situation, I'd argue a B for product build quality. To be fair, I did not contact customer service about the settings; they probably would have been happy to replace them, but I am an impatient person and if I can I prefer to fix things myself.
As to the handling of the Duals on snow, they are FUN. Takes an hour or two to get used to them (I'd recommend the beginner slopes for those first few hours) but they're really easy to pick up on, and in my experience, any wipeouts are pretty tame, as you have pretty much full maneuverability of your body to avoid the worst landings.
In terms of specifics, you have much less of an edge (of the board) with these - this makes in-place turning very easy (you can 360 down slopes for days) but also makes directional turning and stopping harder, and you also use different leg muscles to keep your legs together and properly oriented; you may wish to take frequent rests to prevent your legs giving out while on the slopes.
Still, I love these things. They are my favorite snow sport by far, and I look forward to getting even more familiar with them. Definitely recommend.
